I wouldn’t even give it a star if I could. Absolutely appalling behaviour from this company. What they aren’t telling you about these houses or at least my experience is the people.. or person.. surrounding it. And the cardboard like house. Every step I took was a complaint waiting to be made by the downstairs neighbour, after 4 years of complaints and begging the Dj Alexander to change the floor they COMPLETELY ignored and denied doing so. We experienced constant abuse and repetitive harassment from our down stairs neighbour meaning we had to contact the police and nearly order a restraining order, due to the constant noise. Due to the lack of ANY effort to change the floors. After contacting them to leave the apartment and find somewhere new they illegally tried charging a price for a reference. Which in Scotland is completely illegal. And if you had any sense youd think twice about doing that next time, the house was as thin as paper. You can’t walk around without hearing everyone’s conversation. And getting 14 bangs and a good few rude words from the downstairs neighbour. the furniture provided are as cheap as can get and fall apart after a year of not months. Sorry to the next person who has to deal with these people. Embarrassing. 🤢

Alisha was very thorough and listened to my issues raised during the propwrty inspection. Very professional.

We had an inspection from Holly and she was great! We had a few questions that we hadn't known who to ask and she was super helpful and answered them all clearly!

It has been a fantastic experience with D.J Alexander Inverurie Branch. They are very friendly, professional and responsive team. There is always some one to answer your questions. Responses to emails or messages are very quick. They Always get back to you. This is my second rental with the Inverurie office and I have absolutely no regrets.
All maintenance issues are addressed immediately, and I have never had to worry about any outstanding work. Special thanks to Ailsa my property manager and to Charlotte who have been exceptional every single time. We appreciate you!

Diane Harte was handling the letting process for one of my flats. She has been excellent and ensured a quick change in tenancy.

Cameron and Sana have been incredible throughout the letting process. They kept me regularly updated, were always happy to help with any questions or phone calls, and were very proactive in getting the property re-rented quickly. Their communication and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend them and the agency to other landlords.

Kelsey the property manager was extremely helpful and efficient in helping us secure our flat. She understood our concerns and acted accordingly. She was very cooperative with a caring and bubbly personality. A very personable agent and would highly recommend for others!!

It did not all go to plan , and there was some need to refresh status and situations, but Jenni at compliance took it all on and was able to complete the initial task . Well done

I am living in rented property through DJ Alexander.Connor Quinn who is very friendly,understands and tries to solve any kind of issue as soon as possible.He is a proactive communicator.I wouldn’t hesistate to rent through them again.

We rented a flat with them and it's terrible experience. Once you signed the contract with them they won't do anything for you. We didn't have a closet for months and after chasing for ages we got a closet that feels going to fall any minute. Also there's other maintenance issues after that and they never care. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM

We have rented this flat for many years. Connor did the annual inspection today and was a pleasure to deal with. Very respectful and efficient. No issues. Our landlord is great too and has always been good in dealing promptly with any breakdowns/upgrades required.

I would like to thank and commend Harrison Reeves for his perseverance in resolving a complex plumbing issue in my property. Harrison kept me informed at every stage of proceedings, patiently and courteously talking me through the process.
