I ordered a CF-X2 back on June 2 2014. At that time the item didn't say it was on back order. I had rush processing put on my order. It is now over 2 months later with no contact from DJDeals on more delays with my order and now it looks like it could be a while before the item is off back order. I have ordered from DJDeals before and have been satisfied with the products I received but I have never had so little communication on a part that I actually need. Thank you for your time

I sent a email (since the company doesn't have a customer service phone line) to figure out why my package wasn't in transit 3 business days after I placed the order. I ordered the package Thursday afternoon hoping to get it before the next Friday, if it came a day later that would of been fine as well. The next day, I seen that my order was processed but it didn't yet have a tracking number. Waited until next Tuesday to see if my package was in transit and guess what....THAT WAS A NO GO. I asked in email why my package hasn't been sent yet. I later got a email stating that my question has already been answered in the FAQ's. So I checked the FAQ's and it had nothing to do with why my package wasn't being sent or even have a tracking number. I replied with another email telling them that this wasnt answering my question and they replied "Certainly it is" then copied and pasted the FAQ as if I didnt read it. Minutes later..I received a email saying that my package has finally been shipped. HOW CONVENIENT!

I was looking for a controler for my little brother for months have not found a good price for the NI Kontrol S2 i found it 50 dollars cheaper then anywhere else on this site! Unfortunately i didn't run into this site in good time of my brothers birthday and i dont know if i will be able to have for him on his birthday but, great service and great prices.

I can not find a lower price on line! I have searched for this karaoke mixer and found one that was 1 cent more. No big deal right? But the shipping is Free! DJ Deals has the best prices for all DJ equipment and software. Hands down the best there is.

My order was shipped extremely quickly, much faster than anticipated and the prices are unbeatable!!! I've looked everywhere and can't find a better price.

I wish the website had a decent search feature, and that it didn't load all of the pictures one-at-a-time when browsing large categories. It was nearly impossible for me to find what I was looking for because the page kept jumping around while the pictures were loading.

I purchased a Denon controller a few months ago and actually forgot I purchased it after not receiving an email confirmation. However after only a few days, less than a week my controller arrived, no shipping charge so it was relatively quick. The company was fine with me. Decided to order a new mixer from them today, I received a confirmation this time, again no shipping and the best price I could find online. Hopefully it will arrive as quickly. My next purchase will be cdj's if all goes well with the mixer.
