Good to have this test done.early the better. Many things you might not even thought about the food you intake and your body can reacts to it is clearly included in the report.

The report was quite detailed and the support throughout the process was good. The insights have helped me to align my training and diet accordingly.

really insightful data for a reasonable price; there are some opportunities to improve the process once the sample is posted back to DNAfit, as well as on the online tool where you view results.

I purchased the Health Fit assessment with personalised consultation. The results were really interesting and gave me a good insight on how my body works. The heal consultation felt personalised, gave me a few good tips and the consultant took her time for me. For this I would have given a solid five stars.
However, I then went on to buy the DNAFit Meal Planner which I soon decided wasn't for me. It wasn't clear to me from the description that this was a subscription (probably some small print that I missed somewhere). I then tried to cancel but could not find another way then going through customer service. The customer service was very friendly and sorted this out for me.
All in all very good and interesting but read the small print.

DNAfit gave me a great indication of where I need to be in order to improve my overall health and wellbeing. I found the support excellent and would highly recommend them

I didn't get any "ground braking" information, and the dashboard is not detailed enough in terms of what food will be good for me.
In addition, the cook book they send is definitely not customized, as I clearly stated I do not eat meet, and still got 2/3 of the cook book with chicken and meat recopies.

Really good and insightful reports. Unfortunately, however, there was a problem with the meal planner subscription which I never received in the end.

Great product! I have done it a while back and have made some changes in my habits/diet. I have to admit I got surprised on how those changes made a difference in my daily life. I feel more energized, I am sleeping better and feel healthier overall!

They took forever to send us our reports. Up till today, we have yet to receive our cookbook. The customer service ignore the messages. So future customer, stay away from this company. You are not gonna get your products. If you are lucky it will come months later. Dont bother. Run.

Took for ever to receive the kit. Then you couldn't get me to register the kit (you finally did an override). Took a month to get back my results- the main one- on nutrition- wasn't processed (makes no sense as the other sectors were...) now waiting till May 24th for my cookbook. Crazy experience...
