Unfortunately I haven't recieved my…
Unfortunately I haven't recieved my results back so I can not comment on that. My swabs were recieved 6 weeks ago (30 working days) and I have had nothing but radio silence. When I have contacted them for an update I'm just given more times and estimates of when I should of recieved them. It's not the 15 working days they advertise. No one chases or looks into. It's like talking to a robot.

I had this done recently. All the results are very generic. Could pertain to anyone. Also didn't get all my results back. When I questioned the customer service I didn't hear back. I emailed again and still no response. Save yourself your money!
Edit: After they wrote that blip about contacting customer support I did. Still no answer from the company. Scam artists.

Seems like a scam
Dealing with this company has been so frustrating. The customer service has been terrible and I have been left completely in the dark. I ordered my kit over a month ago and received no updates so after a few weeks I reached out and received a fairly curt response of “your kit will be there Friday.” It is now the next Thursday and after reaching out again, the response is “I’ve inquired with our logistics team.” I will most likely be canceling my order and requesting a full refund because this is pretty ridiculous. For a company that promotes themselves as very highly rated/regarded, this is starting to look very scammy. Unimpressed to say the least.

Worth a try
I wasn’t sure if the dna test was for me as I am not into the gym or extreme fitness but after talking to the dietitian on the phone she gave me great advice on what to do if I wanted to loose weight and foods to avoid as I am prone to certain intolerances.

I initially did the DNA test as an attempt to understand what nutrients would cause inflammation, in order to readjust my diet because of the ongoing health issues I am facing. 3 months after sending the sample I’m still waiting

Its B.S. both my wife and I got the same report. Eat low fat, low carb, balanced meal. Generic advice. Nothing I did not know. They also want you to pay for mailing it back and it's a pain. Don't waste your money.

Partially Pleased
I found the information provided interesting and did follow the plans etc but with 0 results still at the same place I was a month ago. Thus, if you want an understanding of your body make up its great, food plan ok, if you're expecting any results following it, don't hold your breath. Also DNAfit don't tell me to contact customer service.

I proposed that I will call- it did nto work as well
we lost unproductively 20 min
I have now received the summary of my report

Awful website
Their website is a load of crap. Tried multiple devices over the weekend to buy health link to link my data from 23andme but doesn't work. Wont process payments won't let me log into my created account either. Was excited to get my results from 23andme to link to dna fit. I suppose I'm lucky I haven't wasted my money.

Was delighted with the purchase
Was delighted with the purchase, procedure ( just a cheek swab) and results,which are explained very well in the review report ,with the added bonus of a phone consultation which answers any additional questions you may have . Following my phone consultation I received an email with extra diet suggesrions and programme.
Well worth the money.

I am extremely impressed by DNAfit. My results were processed easily and efficiently. The depth of detail that the reports include is fascinating and the practical suggestions as to how to apply this new knowledge to my life have been so useful. I found the service to be very straightforward and hassle-free in terms of the purchase. Once the results were in DNAfit arranged a call to speak to a consultant regarding the results who walked me through every aspect of what these results meant. I had two calls in total and both consultants answered all of my questions in detail as well as broke down anything I did not understand. Great service all round and it has definitely clarified many things in terms of my DNA and diet. I would advise and recommend anyone to take up the service!
