Customer service is terrible. Ive been ghosted for 4 days now about a 900 product. Unbelievable

I purchased the X1 system on 5 Oct 2025. I used it for 5 days while on vacation in Japan. I wasn't impressed. I noticed the elastic leg straps were failing and contacted Dnsys for replacements. They sent the wrong straps! I've used the system a total of 50 hours, and customer service has not replied to three emails or AI chat. The correct straps are sold out, suggesting customers are replacing the faulty ones.

Overall, the system is heavy and does little to assist walking. I laugh when I see videos of people laughing and hopping around. Completely fake. I've tried all modes and feel zero difference. Lots of hype, and it doesn't deliver.

Dnsys lost me shipment and still has not resolved it “waiting for UPS response” is not an acceptable answer for almost 2 months. Especially when UPS has closed the investigation and said they returned it to sender. Worst experience ever and can’t get past lame customer support who is either a bot or outsourced.

I am 79 and I hiked 5 to 6 days a week doing 9 to 11 miles a day. That stoped when I began treatment for cancer 21 months ago. I lost all my muscle and balance. I decided to give these a try. They are working better than I hoped for. I haven't had these very long but I have hiked 6 miles and the hills did not slow me down to much, and I did not have to stop because of getting tired. Wonderfull product.

Customer support is dismal. Still no response from Dnsys customer support for almost 3 weeks so far other than the same automated response that my email messages pleading for customer support were received. I had finally received shipment of my Z1 in late April 2026 (about 5 months after the original estimated delivery timeframe). The left knee unit appears to function, but the right knee unit is nonfunctional and constantly alarming when activated. I haven’t been able to use the Z1 at all because of this issue, because I purchased the Z1 mainly for right knee support. At this point, I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from Dnsys unless they improve their customer support.

The X1 lasted about 2 months and then ,one morning, the left side motor failed to power up. It has been a nightmare just getting Dnsys to communicate and send me a return label for warranty replacement. They are dragging their feet over 1 month later through all the communications that have taken place. Still no return label or update on the when it will be sent. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!

I had 2 orders. One was for the Dnsys Z1 Exoskeleton Pro Death Stranding 2 Limited Edition. This product was not satisfactory at all for me. It did not perform correctly for me because the leg attachments did not provida range of motion that helps me. To me the performance of the product for me makes the product not useful and not suitably wearable for me to use.
I made this purchase based on the following statement on your Website: "The product is suitable for individuals with a height range of 150cm to 195cm/59.1in to 76.7in" which is within the range of my height.
I have reached out to your support line and have NOT been given a phone number to talk to an actual person. Only your AI engine "Grace" has responded with very canned answers. I am VERY unsatisfied with this product, but fear your company is hiding behind a statement in your return policy that allows you to easily say no. At this price point, you should guarantee satisfaction or return the product willingly

When I received my x1 it was defective. This company does not have a phone number to call. I have reached out many times to get a replacement or refund. Nothing, just a AI chat. No return emails. They have ghosted me for over a week. The chat bot says they will respond in 24-48 hours, BS. Do not do businesses with this company. Look at the number of 1 star reviews. I would give a 0 star rating if it was a choice.
Update:
After disputing the charge on my credit card they responded pretty quickly. Turns out the device didn’t register correctly and one side of the device was jammed. I was able to get it unjammed and now it works properly I still wouldn’t recommend this company. The lesson i learned is never do business with a company that doesn’t have a phone number or address.

Intransparent return policy. Poor Support. Dnsys X1 isn't that high sophisticated product the company propagates and cause they know, it's impossible to return.

This product is not even close to what it’s built up to be.
The power was virtually nonexistent, they’re supposed to be three settings. There was only two, the third setting supposed to be boost, which was supposed to be the highest setting did not exist.
The app that accompanies this item is not user-friendly at all.
The return policy is somewhat of a joke.
It states to email them with your questions and comments and our reasons for returning in order for them to send you a mailing label, and I did with no response.
Complete waste of money and I did attempt to return this item within the 14 day. Period but have still had no luck with an email response from their support.

absolut bullshit product. I do have the similar Product from Hypershell as well, which has its flaws, but at least a propper software, multiple Marameters you can effect yourself and is rather long-lasting if you go on a mountain hike. 800 meters of altitude in my case are not problem with a single batterie.
Quite the opposite with the shit DNSYS is providing. the software has non functionally what so ever. you can only choose different levels of motor support. No different modes for different activities, no adjustment for weight or level of Fitness, no propper analysis, nothing at all. And with the same use as I am using the Hypershell, the battery was empty after 300 meters of altitude - completely useless. Utterly useless. For rather tall person like me (191 cm) it doesn´t fit at all, given the fact that one cannot adjust the length of the support structure, which leads to a completely awkward positioning way to high at the thigh and terrible biomechanics. Just forget about it... to for reasonable fit people. It´s by the way heavier that advertised as well... a total rip off
AND THE ANSWER OF YOUR SUPPORT IS UTTER NONSENS.
With no proper adjustment this failing construction should in your opinion be suitable for People from 150cm to 210cm of height - do you listen to yourself???
Could you by the way explain, how your are fitting and AI compatible computer into your system??? Are you seriously shitting people?
What you’re doing is guessing based on handful of very basic parameters - that’s it. And you’re guessing wrong!
Oh and by the way, your walking on water as well? You provide 800 Watt of Power, you just double the endurance compared to your competitors - nice trick. Could you please provide the Math for this miracle, I would like to approach the Nobel committee in your behalf!!!

If you shipped should be advised at once but still I have no idea when can I receive!
