Just like 99% of reviews here, i wish i read this before ordering. I spent $85 for an xl bed that is a joke. It’s so small and built for a chihuahua and if filled with cotton balls and very few at that. It’s ooor quality and trying to return it is so difficult. They said i need to pay for shipping and keep requesting tons of photos. Their return policy states that buyers are responsible for additional shipping and they would provide the label. Nowhere does it say buyer is responsible for shipping. It’s a waste of money and like others said, I’m sure they’re banking on it being so difficult to return that they just give go. It’s a scam. Don’t do it!

If I could give no stars I would. I have had nothing but issues with this company. I ordered a dog bed and when I following the tracking it said returned to facility in China. Then when I complained and said just refund my money, they reshipped it, ignoring my request and it went back out. I followed up several times via email explaining I did not want the product, I wanted a refund. They ignored it by giving me updated shipping information. It reached Los Angeles (I live in NC) and then went to Canada. When I asked for an update on my refund I was told once shipped it could not be refunded. This company is not only unprofessional, it is almost a month later and I still haven't received the product. It is in limbo who knows where. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered this in the beginning of December and just received it on January 18 2024, which was disappointing because it was a Christmas gift. Had i realized it was from China directly I would not have ordered it. In the advertisement it shows 3 Labrador dogs on it. I ordered the XL for my 40lb Brittany and he barley fits on it. It is not cushy and fluffy as shown, it barely has any cushion in at all. I'm sure it's too much of a hassle to get my money back, which I'm sure they are counting.

I bought in error the wrong item. I made contact and received a response of where to send the item back, costing me £27 to send to china! SHOCK the parcel wasn’t accepted and sent back to me. Awful, awful company. Do not use

Took 6 weeks to get here and is my biggest waste of money yet. Oh I wish I would stop getting sucked into these marketing ploys.
It’s half the size of my dog. The one in the advert with 3 Labrador’s on it does not exist.
I bought the biggest and it’s half the size of my staff/gad. It hardly has any padding. It’s literally going straight to the charity shop.

I ordered a no pull harness on november 10th. Still haven’t received anything. I had a one time contact with Ana, who would look after my parcell because it’s says delivered, after that i’ve never get in touch again with Doggo Comfy employees.

Deeply disappointed. I would like to have a refund or a new harness.

After being told to put a battery in this ball ( no instructions ) it rolled about for a few minutes then stopped.

Within minutes my dog had it shredded to bits, wish I would have seen this earlier but wanted a Christmas gift for my dog and their instagram ad of "100% satisfaction guaranteed" got me. 0% satisfaction, 0 returns since it was shredded within minutes.

Buyer Beware! What a complete scam! I paid almost $80 for a dog bed that was supposed to be extra large and big enough for a golden retriever. It’s so small it would only hold a Pomeranian! Plus, it has hardly any cushion. It’s not even worth giving away!!! I wish I’d seen these other reviews before ordering.

Recently got $150 worth of items for Christmas.. It got delivered within 3 days.. didn't expected it to be too quick..

Wish I had seen this before ordering! The unable to destroy toy is destroyed. Returns are in original packaging unused only! You are not being truthful on you ads the satisfaction is guaranteed. I should have known! 😡 Enjoy that money!

Be aware if the age og your dog. ( 6 months to 8 years). Does not say in the add.
The product do not work.
The return policy is: on your expence return to China. (Cost more than the product).
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Toy was NOT indestructible as advertised. Company refused to communicate with me and failed in their “satisfaction guaranteed” policy on their websites. Do NOT buy from them!

Trash... delivered to the wrong address then basically told me to handle it. Don't waste your time, buy elsewhere.

The product broke within 10 seconds of my dog playing with it. It is made of extremely inferior, thin, plastic, totally inappropriate for a dog's toy. The company refuse to refund me claiming that they don't refund after delivery. I am more than disgusted. The positive reviews must be fake as the product could not possibly withstand interaction with any pet. The company's 'hassle free' 30 day refund is a totally misleading marketing lie. I am disgusted with their flippant attitude and for having trusted them enough to lose $30.00.

There should be a way to give 0 stars. Item is nothing more than a cheap, weak dust buster. They sent me their return policy which states they will provide a return label if you're not happy. That is NOT true. They want me to ship it to China and pay for it! Then once they receive they will give me my money back.
