Never received item. The tracking information provided said delivered but never was. I should have read the reviews before placing the order. The representative said to check with my post office and that was it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The reviews speak for themselves. I learned a $64.95 lesson.

The item i got delivered did not work, and when i tried to complain they do not even answer. Stay away from these scamers

Didnt work as described!! Weak suction, flimsy cheap parts made in China. Company also omits that from their return information on site!!! Also told that I cant return it if its used! Not sure how im supposed to know its faulty if I dont try it. The back tracked and so oh if its not used alot.... and has to be returned to China. This detail is only communicated when there is a fault nowhere does it state on website where returns are sent!! Misleading robbing company!!! Steer clear purchase from local I wont make that mistake again!!

I wish there was a way to give this company zero stars ...giving them 1 star is giving them way too much credit. Products ship from China. Poor quality. They advertise that they will make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. This couldn't be farther from the truth. The customer is responsible for shipping back to China. Please spend your money anywhere else.

I recently purchased the Pet Grooming Vacuum for my long-haired Dog, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with its performance. The device has made grooming sessions much easier and less messy.

I can't believe I didn't look in to this company before ordering. I'm so embarrassed and ashamed to be scammed again. It's just infuriating this advertising is allowed. Took forever. No replies EVER. Cheap products.

Item was advertised to be "indestructible" but it could not be further from the truth. Made from cheap cotton and filling and was totally destroyed within 2 days. No reply when refund requested.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

My order was never delivered in spite of their 3rd part logistics claiming it was on a Sunday am. There is security 24hx7d where I live. There is no proof of delivery from the 3rd party logisic. And the doggocomfy doesn't not hold its 3rd party logistic accountable. They do not realize it is their logistic and partner not mine. They should pursue agressively their third party logistics here in the Philippines and demand proof of delivery. I suspect that both the doggocomfy and 3rd party logistic are conniving not tobsolve the problem. Do not buy from them or only accept cash on delivery terms. Very sure experience here!

I bought the “comfy” no pull harness. Left two deep lacerations on each sid of my baby’s chest under arm area from the seatbelt like material. So mad.

I ordered the "indestructible dog toy" which said "Your product is defective as it's clearly not "indestructible" and not almost impossible to tear apart." The page also clearly states: "Your Satisfaction is Our Main Priority. If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% SATISFIED with your purchase."

After waiting 3 weeks for delivery from China (probably 4 if I was on the east coast), quickly found it it's very destructible. My dog ripped through the weak seams and cotton was flying in minutes. False advertising. Show me the article in moderndog magazine and "Veterinarian Approved" and "CBC News" plug. I call BS.

I emailed for a refund and instead of "we'll work to correct the problem by providing you with a refund or satisfactory solution", I got: "Apologise but we don't take returns or provide refunds for the items that are damaged after delivery. Here's our Refund/Return Policy: .../refund-policy" Do no recommend. 0/5 stars.

Cheaters all the way. Misleading description on website. To return the product have to ship it back to China.

Zoals alle beoordelingen hier: oplichting! Product lijkt inderdaad niet op hun voorgestelde product. Bij contact kan je hun voorgesteld product aankopen aan een veel duurdere prijs. Wat je ontvangt is het basis pakket en wat ze voorstellen voor die prijs is hun professioneel pakket (maar dan wel voor de prijs van het basispakket) volgens hun uitleg. Bij de aanvraag van een retour label krijg je enkel een verzendadres in China.

Do not fall for this scam! The product they sent me is nothing like grooming kit they advertise and that I ordered. Huge disappointment. Total waste of money!

What they advertise is not what you get. Nothing will actually groom your pet it is an overpriced small vacvum.

Don’t fall for this scam. They call it a standard grooming kit when in fact it is just a dust buster for $69.99 with ZERO grooming capabilities. The attachment that actually grooms a dog only comes with the $399.95 pro grooming kit. Gifted a husky owner… a dust buster

Shady company. Product did not work as advertised and to return it, you must pay shipping to China.

The suction is not strong enough and the brush is too soft to remove the dog hair. There should be a comb attachment to to really be effective at removing the hair. And returns just be sent to China which is not cost effective. Very disappointed.

Loving the Grooming Vacuum. The price is really affordable and cheap. Thank you!!
