This company is very helpful i was having issues with the stroller i purchased last year. As this was still under warranty I contact doggy & moggie and was treated with a friendly email from Karl. After many many emails back and forth he contacted innopet on my behalf for a warranty claim. Karl kept me updated all the way. After finally getting answers form innopet they agreed to ship a new frame to me. Karl kept me informed with this. Once it had arrived we checked it with our current frame and the new one was doing exactly the same as current frame. I contacted karl who said there was 2 options he'd send the fabric to add to the frame and I keep it or he'd offer a discount off a new stroller. I went with the second option and karl explained he didn't have any in stock of my chosen model. But karl went out of his way to source it for me... He told me he'd managed to source one and would I be happy with the colour. I said it would be perfect as that was the colour I was wanting anyway. Karl told me they had no raincovers in stock but would try and source one for me. Karl then got in touch to tell me he'd sourced the stroller with a raincover & was I happy to proceed with the discounted rate. I paid for it and karl arranged for his lovely wife to drop the new stroller off and collect the frame from my home address. I then contacted karl to thank him and ask about the warranty. I can't fault this company at all. Sorry for being a pain with all the emails. We got there in the end with a different branded stroller. That believe it or not my doggy loves more and seems more settled in it.

Superb customer service, very quick to respond to emails, well within their 24 hour promise on the website.
The buggy is ideal, it means no longer leaving our 13 year old JRT at home when we do longer walks. This is a smaller business, where you are more than just another customer. Highly recommend.

Feeling very frustrated. Ordered a buggy and it arrived but is the wrong size and I need to return it. Never had any emails from the company at all.
Sent 3 emails now and not had any response. No contact number on website. They say they answer all emails within 24 hours and have a live chatline - this is not correct. This is very poor customer service and I need to return this buggy.

Incredible customer service! Our dog was injured and we needed a buggy for our trip to the Highlands. I ordered on Sunday and something happened at the warehouse and it didn’t ship on Monday. I was frantic but Karl was so kind and responsive. They went out of their way to ensure we got it in time. I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am. And to top it all off the buggy is amazing. Thank you!!!

Doggy & Moggie have been great. Ordered the Innopet Comfort EFA dog buggy. It came quickly and was well packed. Their website was easy to use. Had no problems. Also free delivery was nice to get. The buggy was high quality at a good price.

I was let down by another retailer who had taken my money, but didn’t actually have the item in stock. They messed me about for over a week.

Doggy & Moggie were ace, I should’ve ordered with them first. I placed the order at lunch time and it was there the following morning.

Really happy with the stroller and with doggy and moggie. Anyone wanting to buy one should shop here.

Natalie goes well out of her way to make sure you have the correct pram for what you need, She asked me what breeds I have, how and why I need the pram, then came up with a choice of 3 that would do the job, telling me pluses and minuses for each one! We didnt get this much help when we were buying a car! She stayed in touch and answered all my questions very honestly. 10 STARS!

Honestly can write nothing positive about my shopping experience
Buggy purchased on 26th Sept with express delivery selected but went missing at courier end supposedly. I finally received replacement on sat 5th October. These things happen and I know company has rave reviews but that was most definitely not my experience dealing with them. Something went wrong between doggy moggie and dpd and I was stuck for days on end with no updates. Company tried to say they couldn't understand why I wasn't receiving their mails with updates but strangely when I chased them always managed to get them. Customer service shocking and would never use again. No phone number to call them and at their mercy when they respond. Despite issues I had they have not once reached out to confirm I received replacement buggy. Was told it was out for delivery on Fri 4th Oct by doggy moggie but on checking DPD tracking they still hadn't received the goods. This was relayed back to Doggy Moggie but still waiting on a response. As expected as soon as DPD had the goods i was messaged with delivery date and it was del in the slot indicated by them.

A great service from Doggy & Moggie. I ordered the Innopet Hercules 2 X Large stroller with free rain cover. It was delivered quickly and in excellent condition with everything in working order. Any queries I had were responded to immediately which is so rare these days. I would thoroughly recommend purchasing from this Company and I would like to say a big thank you to Karl who was a great help. From Doggy Fun Day Care.

Cannot thank doggie and moggie enough, I bought a sporty innopet pram/ trailer off them 18th ago, I needed a part replacement due to my own fault, when I contacted them they bent over backwards to source it for me, they were so helpful they kept in contact and found one They even sent it to me free of charge the next day, they are a fantastic family run business and nothing is too much trouble, I would highly recommend them , well done to them

First Class Service from this Company, providing an Innopet Sporty EVR for our darling Rosie, who after 7 years had outgrown her Innopet Retro.

Innopet Dog Strollers re the very best make to have for your disabled or simply old dog. Rosie has had to be in hers from 10 weeks of age due to Tetralogy of the Fallot. She is now the oldest dog to ever survive to 7 years and 2 months all thanks to Innopet

It's so manoeuvrable and light. Great on rough terrain and over grassy fields.

First time of using this company and I was very impressed. I ordered a dog stroller but inadvertently ordered the wrong rain cover. I emailed the company and within days I had received the correct one and they even offered to pay the postage for returning the wrong one I had ordered. The items were very competitively priced and they even offered a discount for new customers. I have rarely come across such an efficient company and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and using them again myself.

This is the second time using Doggie and Moggie, the first time for a lovely little guy eric who passed away recently, I needed a bigger pram this time for my german shephard, George, (hes developing arthritis in his hind legs) I spoke to a lovely woman, Natalie for recommendations, who was pleased to hear about my lovely boy as one of her dogs is named George. Anyway I ended up with a lovely little (or rather quite large) product called a Hercules that me and my big boy couldnt be happier with!

We received our innopet all terrain buggy so quickly after Karl providing support. Dylan our large pom loves it and there is plenty of room. it is easy to push and light weight. love it what a great company to deal with.
