I've not had to use their customer service so can't comment, but I'm very happy with the stroller I bought for my creaky Newfoundland. The website is well-designed with informative reviews, which made it easy to choose the right product. It was delivered the next day and so far it's been great.

I had several questions for the company before I purchased the stroller for Raven, she had a big operation on her back leg and I needed a stroller to allow her to lie down when we were out. I emailed several times and all my queries were answered quickly thanks to the online support I purchased the stroller that was right for Raven's comfort. I ordered the stroller late on Thursday night and it arrived Saturday morning, the delivery driver who brought it to my door was very friendly, it makes such a difference when your shopping experience is excellent from start to finish. so on behalf of Raven can I thank Doggie and Moggie for all the help, Raven says her stroller is GRRRRRT

I was unsure on which stroller to get for my Cocker. I phoned the number on the website and spoke to a lovely young man named Richard.
He was really helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions, even waiting whilst i measured Trevor to make sure he would fit.
The stroller arrived as promised the next day!
All round great experience with a happy old man and happy cocker spaniel.

Really helpful advice when picking my dog pram. Has allowed our springer to enjoy a trip to the lakes.

I eventually bought a Comfort for my Shih Tzu Ted.
I wasn’t sure on which pram to get him as he is big for his breed.
I spoke with a lovely young gentleman on the phone called Richard who was able to tell me exactly what I needed to buy.

After speaking to Richard at lunchtime on Wednesday, Ted was in his new pram going to the park on Thursday.

A really good experience all round.

When my Chihuahua was a puppy, she was accidentally dropped and broke her leg in two places. The vet asked me to confine her for six weeks. I felt this would be really difficult to do, as I knew that dogs can't keep still. So, I found this company, and their buggies were amazing. It was life-changing for my Chihuahua. She was able to keep still and still get mental stimulation for the six weeks that she was on bed rest. That was over 14 years ago, and I did let the buggy go. However, I am finding myself purchasing my second one for her old age. I can't recommend the company enough. Customer Service is amazing and fast delivery always helps. (The model is the Comfort)

Was sold a very expensive dog buggy that advertised features that did not exist.

It was advertised as having a one handed collapse system which it does not.

Advertisers as all terrain but does not function on non-sandy beaches

As of time of writing (three working days) D&M have not responded my email about it so I will now have to escalate

As a result of this review D&M have sent me a very angry email threatening legal action if I don’t take this review down.

They also claim to have sent me a video showing how to collapse the buggy, which is a two handed operation. They didn’t, but even if they had, it didn’t address the issue

5 stars for the product. 3 stars for the instructions. 2 stars for the packaging.

Just received our Innopet dog stroller via Doggie & Moggie. It’s a good quality, sturdy and well-made ‘cool’ design. Nice materials. It’s ergonomically great for me to push and steer and brake. The handle is easily adjustable for one’s height. My dog is calm in it and loves looking around as we scoot along. I reckon it’s going to be worth every penny.

Ordered on Sunday and got it Tuesday afternoon, but the box was damaged so was concerned about my stroller. But it was OK - despite having absolutely no packing inside the box around the stroller for protection which surprised me.

The only gripe I have are with the instructions for putting it together. There’s no video online on Doggie & Moggie as with other models… and the manufacturer’s instructions and tiny photos are really lacking. There’s also toggles and other zips and bits and pieces which I have no idea what they’re for! The instructions assume knowledge and don’t mention certain procedures which must be carried out before certain points they do mention (for instance the wheels’ steel poles need to have their chunky plastic caps removed, which are quite stiff to remove, before slotting into the stroller receptor - I initially thought they were part of the wheel!!).

Someone needs to rewrite the instructions. And in a text size and order that the user can actually easily follow. OR even better, put a quick video online and print a QR code on the box or leaflet or order confirmation email to navigate to it.

Luckily I am quite adept at DIY stuff so eventually worked it out. Feel sorry for anyone who hasn’t got that skill.

After initially giving up, next day I chatted online to a person at D&M about the poor instructions… had they got a video on their website? I asked. They said no, as it’s a new product, BUT this person had better instructions back at their home (?) - and they would MAKE me a video (?) - bit odd I thought. Unfortunately they were not going home after work that day so would email me the very next day - after work when they arrived home.

I haven’t heard anything. I waited 24 hours and then I applied myself and it took me quite a while to work it out from the tiny text and rows of small photos on the leaflet in the box. Eventually I was able to put my stroller together (it’s the wheels mainly).

Loretta is an amazing 1st Class groomer! Not one groomer have Ifound in my pre Loretta days that can groom a Tibetan (so not easy) as Loretta does. She is no nonsense & knows her craft. Louie always look Amazing after his visit!

Ordered a dog stroller from my elderley Border Terrier. Received really helpful advice about the best one for my dog. We use it on the beach, so went for the Comfort Air which has been perfect. The item arrived less than 24 hours after I'd ordered. Overall very happy.

Purchased an Innopet dog stroller for my dog following an attack by another dog which left him unable to walk far. Previously bought a cheaper dog pram which only lasted 8 weeks (Not from Doggy & Moggie).
Delighted with the speed of service and quality of the item then a small fault became apparent. I contacted Karl and his service has been impeccable! Couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond.

First week of using the buggy has been an absolute godsend. We're on holiday in Brixham Devon which is full of climbs and hills. Although our 9 year old pug "poppy" has plenty of go in her, we have recently had to cut our walks/ days out short as she does tire a lot quicker. The buggy has totally changed that now with her being able to take breaks whenever she needs to.
So many people have been stopping us wanting details of the buggy and the company we bought it from as its such excellent quality.
Cannot praise the staff at Doggy and Moggie enough with their help and advice over the phone as to which stroller would suit ours and our dogs needs compared to other online companies we had contacted. Delivery was spot on plus they give you a 10% discount code which will beat any price from all the other companies selling this item
