Not smooth.
I wouldn’t recommend.
Too expensive for the product.
Lenses get stuck sometimes.
When its day they are stuck to night and when its night they get stuck to day.

Fast postage and a good choice of cameras. The only downside is that I’ve now had two cctv cameras I’ve purchased, fail on me within about 2 years.

Just bought cctv from Domar. Had 1 or 2 problems setting it up but all was sorted out by email. Now all going well and very pleased.

I had been experiencing camera loss and a number of other issues with my NVR and connection to the Bit Vision App. I tried to get my camera's back online without success, after trying to reconnect my cameras I finally gave up and decided to call Domar customer support. I spoke to Christopher who was extremely helpful when I brought my CCTV system and needed help setting up. Christopher is very polite and helpful and very quickly sorted out my problems. I'm pleased that all is well and I've no more cameras loss. Thank you Christopher. Domar Solutions products are top quality and their after sales service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to install CCTV.

Very efficient company. I've ordered products from Dorma Solutions a few times and and the next day delivery is next day. Customer service are very helpful. The products they sell are very good quality cctv kits. Easy to install. When I had a issue with getting online, the support team knew their stuff, so within minutes It was up and running.

I lost all four of my camera's from my NVR and after trying over several days to get them back decided to call Domar customer support for help. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to install CCTV.

I had some trouble setting up the apps for the system, but a couple of phone calls sorted this.
I also had trouble with wireless connection, but with another call I had a different aerials sent out and all working.
