Produit intéressant, mais qui revient au final très cher pour ce que c'est. Démarchage très désagréable au téléphone qui ne vous laisse pas parler, vous coupe la parole et ne répond pas à vos questions !

Support does not respond or hardly…
Support does not respond or hardly responds after failing to keep appointments (with Rayan). Meanwhile, critical functions of the webshop are no longer running as they should because of this.

Super happy customer
We are using Doofinder since 5 or more years on our Magento based website and are a super super happy customer. I just had another ticket solved and I thought I should write a review. Requests are always answered very quickly and to our 100% satisfaction. We can highly recommend this tool and the people behind it.

In het begin goed contact met Rayan…
In het begin goed contact met Rayan maar nadien niets meer! Verschillende mails gestuurd en geen reactie! Nadien contact met support en die zouden de info doorgeven maar evenmin reactie. Zwaar ontgoocheld! Barslechte klantenservice!

Mi rinnovano il servizio con un upgrade non richiesto che porta l'annualità al doppio del costo.
Non risolvono il problema tanto i soldi li hanno presi in automatico con Paypal.

Herramienta imprescindible si tienes una tienda online…
Accedimos al periodo de prueba de 1 mes de esta herramienta y desde el primer minuto te das cuenta de los beneficios que obtienes con su uso implementada en una tienda online, como es nuestro caso.
La atención por parte de Estefanía en todo momento fue de 11 sobre 10 (Gracias por tu paciencia!)

Unser Shop hatte das Problem
Unser Shop hatte das Problem, dass viele meiner Produkte über die normale Suche von JTL nicht gefunden wurden.
Obwohl die Artikel vorhanden waren, wurden keine Treffer angezeigt. Dank Doofinder wird jetzt alles gefunden!
Das Plugin funktioniert super. Ein kleines Problem bei der Installation wurde sofort vom Support behoben.
Dieses Plugin sollte man auf jeden Fall testen.

Nützliches Tool
Einfacher Aufbau, schnell zu verstehen. Wertvolle Infos für den Seitenaufbau und mögliche Werbekampagnen konnten wir bisher mit Hilfe von DooFinder erhalten.
Der Kundenservice hilft schnell und kompetent bei Problemen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für das Tool ist vollkommen in Ordnung!

Prima geholpen door Rayan. Het zoeken op onze site gaat nu vliegensvlug.
Het enige wat eerst onduidelijk was het verschil tussen een zoekopdracht en een request. In doofinder betaal je voor het aantal requests. Alle tekens die je zoekt vanaf 3 tekens is een request.
Hoe dit werkt is in de proefperiode duidelijk uitgelegd.
