I really wish that I had read the reviews about the so called life like puppy dog!!! I do normally read reviews before any purchase!!! I did contact the company after ordering it, I was within the 12 hours to obtain a refund, but when they came back to me they sounded so genuine, I really wished I hadn't trusted them, what a mug I am!!!😪 Don't be a mug like me!!!!

This company are fleecing people out of their money. The dog does not do anything like in the advert. Sits in one spot just barking
The material is second rate
They have ripped people off. It's about time they were deleted from their website and reported to Trading Standards.

This company did not send the item that I had ordered and tried everything not to refund the full amount. I sent photographs as requested of goods received and what should have been sent but they just kept changing the refund amount and me keeping the item, it took me weeks to get through to them that I didn't want the tat they sent just a full refund. I would not advise anyone to use this company.

Really disappointed with my purchase, not as advertised when I tried to get a refund they wanted to negotiate a discount and keep the dogs. Items not CE marked poor quality, no screw to secure battery box.

The body has no padding on it what so ever the covering that’s supposed to replicate fur looks cheap and all you can feel when you hold it is the hard box of the body . Don’t waste your money.

Only given one star as can’t give zero. After purchasing what was described as an interactive lifelike dog I was very disappointed with what I received. Firstly I tried to cancel the order minutes after I placed it as advised on website but when contacted by customer service was assured how much I would enjoy and love such a quality product, no mention of actioning the requested cancellation. I then read reviews and wasn’t expecting much but as customer support were in contact with me I decided to give them a chance.
The dog arrived and is in no way interactive or realistic, it would be impossible to cuddle a flimsy, fur covered lump of plastic once switched on it just yaps and walks, another concern is the battery compartment is not sealed so any child unfortunate to receive one of these has access to batteries. I challenged them to send me any evidence of a dog acting in this way that doesn’t have epilepsy or a brain tumour.
Every time I receive and email it to say how satisfied they want me to be and to please give it a try, never a mention of return or refund, I’ve sent video on request and they still take no responsibility.
My advice would be to avoid and pay a little more to get what has been accurately described from a reputable company.

It I could give it zero I would. 73 emails before I got the return address. Then they ignored me when I asked for me refund after it had been returned at my expense. Toy was useless, so were they! Don’t buy anything off them!!!!

I ordered an item from Dorisk, and it arrived nothing like the description. The quality was far below what was advertised, and the product simply didn’t do what they claimed it would.
When I contacted their customer service, they refused to issue a proper refund despite the item being misrepresented.

After trying to resolve the issue and sending follow-up emails, they blocked my email address instead of helping me. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I strongly advise others to avoid this website. Their customer service is terrible, the product descriptions are misleading, and they do not seem to care about their customers once they have your money.

This product is not as advertised. Do NOT buy the ‘adorable puppy’. It is not Adorable. It yaps a lot and moves a bit. It is rubbish and all the reviews are really bad.

How this company are getting away with the false advertising/ misrepresentation is beyond me, the realistic puppy is laughable, arrived 5 minutes ago in the post, now sitting in the bin!!

I wish I’d seen the reviews on here! It’s not cuddly, and there’s no control of its actions, while it’s on its constant repetition of yapping and walking a bit only stops when you turn it off. My sister had a toy dog that had a controller and it did back flips, and this was in the 1970’s. Not worth £10 never mind £21.70! Should not be allowed to advertise as realistic!

I purchased 3 of these dogs and I wish I had read the reviews first as they do absolutely nothing the advert implies.
I bought a robotic puppy from Amazon for just £19 and it does so much more than these useless ones. It's an absolute disgrace that they're still allowed to be advertising this product.

This is not a one star it’s zero. Nothing about this is as advertised. Try as I might, I have had negative response to all of my requests for return details to enable a refund. Would advise do not purchase from this company.

It should be 'no star' option, I'm afraid. Appalling item, I can't believe I didn't read the reviews either. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not likely to get a refund either. Shouldn't this be a trading standards issue? If the company is that bad, it should be investigated.

Do not buy these dogs! This is a scam. The images and videos used are AI generated and the dogs I have received are cheaply made and there is nothing realistic about them at all. We have contacted them for a refund and they are deflecting the issue.

Just received my item. Wish I’d read the revues on here before ordering the Realistic Robot Puppy. These items are not as described! They do nothing except walk forward and yap. At least it did until my dog destroyed it lol. The item was poorly packaged, I’m surprised it made it from China at all!
It is just cheap rubbish and their description of it on their web site is totally false. I will never buy anything from Dorisk again and I’d advise others do the same. 🤬

I've been asking to return and get refund for over a week and half . They just don't give a dam , but take mick by send emails say hope you like the toy we sent , about 20 odd em so far
