Bought the puppies after watching the video, but the ones sent are nothing like what they are advertising! This is a scam. I have contacted them twice for a refund, but they have not got back to me. They are advertising a false product and a 30 day money back guarantee, both of which are false. I will be reporting them!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Do not buy these robo puppies they are a total scam. They are no better than the silly ones we've all bought at markets. Clearly using AI in the adds

This company cannot improve they are selling inferior goods and their advertising video is totally different from the product you receive I ordered the mechanical dog which was nothing like the one advertised why are companies allowed to do this

Wish I looked on this website before ordering. I also brought the realistic robotic puppy, pictures and video are great, daughter was very excited. What we got was mechanical cheap battery operated yaping bit of plastic covered in cheap material fur. Awful. The type of toy you can get from poundland and been around over 20 years.
Currently fighting to make a return and get refund.
Avoid this company!

I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering one of their robot puppies!! They are nothing like they are advertising on their website?! The one I ordered just sat there making this awful squeaking sound, did not move at all, so it is a total ripoff. Do not buy from this company.

This robotic puppy should be put into the poo bag as it's s@#t All it does is walk backwards stops yap's and then walk backwards stops yep then walk's stops yap's??? Again and again please do not buy this you will be so disappointed and they don't give you a refund VERY POOR QUALITY

I brought a Robot Puppy which turned out to be the same as a mechanical dog toy I had as a child 40 years ago. Absolute rubbish, nothing like the advertised product. Awaiting refund after ALOT of email exchanges! Don’t trust this company. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I am digusted with the quality of this rip off item how they can advertise blatant lies I am going to get Trades Discription involved as it's not fit for purpose,it's dangerous and people are being scammed

I ordered a bird scarer. The website said delivery in 5-7 days which was acceptable. I then received a confirmation email which said delivery would be 7-12 days (clearly this was known beforehand by Dorisk but they would not say before the purchase). Actually it took 20 days to arrive. Very poor customer service - all I got was "sorry" and "well, you have it now" despite the fact that the birds are now nesting and I will not scare them away from their nest.

Please Please don't buy from this company and definitely not there puppy dogs thay are dangerous cheap trash thay dont even have eney British trade marks on them I paid £21.90 for one for my grandchildren it came in a box that had been based and the puppy was a joke battery operated not worth more than £1.99 and I asked for a full refund under there 30 day money back guarantee that emailed me with 30% refund and told me to keep the puppy thay are just scamers don't purchase nother from them please

I bought 2 realistic puppies for my granddaughter (an offer was on £37 for 2)
They were suppose to be a high quality product that responded to voice commands. This was not the case at all and they were in fact like the toys you can buy in any souvenir shop in any costal seaside resort.
Luckily I paid by credit card and I have now raised a dispute as they have not replied to the several emails I have sent.
I would give this company zero stars if that was an option.

A very disappointing company. My wife purchased a small puppy for our granddaughter. When it arrived it was nothing like the photograph on the website. Parts were missing and it didn't perform the actions as described on the website.
My wife has contacted the company on numerous occasions. The company initially offered us £5, but the toy was of such poor quality we would have been embarrassed to give it to anyone.
Despite the website offering full refunds we had to move heaven and earth to get our money back, and we had to pay the return postage costs.
I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this company.

I ordered a toy described as a "realistic robot puppy" from Dorisk on 8th May 2025. It arrived on 19th May. The item I received did not match the description and photos on the website. Instructions and carry pouch were missing. The toy did not work properly. I emailed customer services with these concerns. These issues were ignored. During the course of subsequent emails I was offered discounts. I considered these to be useless as the toy did not work and I would be ashamed to offer it as a gift. Eventually, on 30th May, Dorisk agreed to refund my money. They have refunded the cost of the toy but not the cost of postage to return it to them. I consider the description and photos of this toy to be misleading. I have contacted the Advertising Standard Authority with these details. I urge anyone having a similar experience with this company to do the same. The more people who complain, the better.

I bought a robot puppy from this company. When it arrived it looked completely different to the pictures on the website and did not function as described.
I read the returns policy before buying and it said I could return within 30days if
Not satisfied. I contacted them a few hours after it arrived to express concerns and to activate my right to a refund.
They have offered me a £5 refund and suggested a pass the toy onto someone else for them to enjoy.
I will update this review depending on the outcome of the next email. But so far, stay well away from this business.
