The product they sent is nothing like advertised.
I've been asking to return and get refund for over a week and half . They just don't give a dam , but take mick by send emails say hope you like the toy we sent , about 20 odd em so far

Absolute rubbish !!!

I can't believe I didn't read the real reviews before buying the robot puppy, it is AWFUL. There is nothing "realistic" about this toy at all. Please please don't waste your money on this cheap plastic rubbish. He company should be shut down, the phone number also isn't real. Can't believe these phoney companies get away with scamming people like this.

I ordered fuel jugs paid for them got an e mail they were being shippedon 8 24 2025 have not seen them at all.

I ordered the fuel jugs recieved a email that they had been shipped recieved shipping information then it said delivered I NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING!!!!!! Tried emailing with no response

Dorisk is a scam. The Robotic Puppy they advertise is nothing like what they send you. It doesn't respond to human voice, touch or clap as advertised. It is simply a toy that one van buy from street sellers anywhere in the world for less than £5. Don't fall for it!

My granddaughter was charmed by the Dorisk robotic puppy. I ordered one for her birthday.
Sadly this is a SCAM.
The puppy you receive will be nothing like the one advertised.
It will not look like it.
It will not work like it.
The advert is AI generated and bears no resemblance to your order.
Please note that I have asked for my money back and have nothing so the 30day money back guarantee is not being fulfilled and nor is the 2015 Consumer Act.

Shocking! False advertising. Nothing like advertised and very unhelpful customer services. Won’t even pay for the return of the item under consumer rights act. AVOID!!

Absolute waste of money I was sent cheap market quality toys (apologies to reputable market vendors). Do not buy this is a scam!

This is 100% a website run by scammers. The so-called AI powered robotic dog does not match the description. They have no attention to assist with the return and refund process. First they asked me to describe the issues in more detail, then they asked to gift it to others, then £5 ‘goodwill’ partial refund. Luckily I went directly to my bank Amex and disputed my payment. Provided a short description of the issue with some evidence (screenshots of emails and Trustpilot comments, etc.). I got my money back without dealing with the scammers further! You should try it with your bank.

Wish I'd read previous reviews. Rubbish cheap product and ridiculous stalling emails offering first a £5 refund, then 30% and now 50%. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Sent a faulty toy and would not send me a full refund. Said I had to pay postage to send it back when I sent pictures of the broken toy. It's not the same toy on the advertisement the one on 90 % of the video is a DIFFERENT toy. This is a hard piece of plastic and it's dangerous. Total scam don't waste your money!!!

The product sent was not as advertised. It is a cheap imitation of the product in the photo. It is described as an interactive puppy, but is just a battery operated, cheaply made piece of rubbish. After asking for a refund I was told I would have to pay shipping, then was offered £5 so I took it as it was better than nothing. Don't buy from them

Absolutely rubbish have asked for return label not given. Nothing like pictures totally rubbish battery operated toy like you buy on cheap market stalls for a fiver wouldn’t even give as a stocking filler boxes arrived ripped and damaged don’t buy from this company

Robot Puppies my eye I recieved cheap and nasty battery operated puppies which did not have a screw on the battery cover so if a child opened it they could put the batteries in their mouth. I did not recieve a refund and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering waste of money and only put 1 star as no option for zero stars give them a wide berth. Also do not understand why YouTube is still letting them advertise

I bought a puppy from dorisk its crap basically I tried emailing them 3 times no answer and phoning them same again i will never buy again online without checking first my advice never ever go this website for anything

Absolute disgrace that this company is able to swindle people with cheap junk that bears no resemblance to the advertised product. I wouldn’t have paid 50p for the puppy. They are trying everything to avoid giving me my money back. Trading standards should shut this company down.

I too wish I had read reviews on here first ! I ordered a ‘robotic’ puppy that was showing at half price . It doesn’t show this now and you can buy the same battery operated cheap dog for under £10. The adverts are nothing like the puppy and it’s a total scam.
The package arrived damaged too which they blamed on rough handling . It was poorly packaged . They offered £5 as a ‘goodwill’ gesture . Then they offered 50% refund and to keep the toy . Eventually I managed to get a return address ( in Scotland ) . They stated a return date far less than the 30 days advertised . They then reckoned it wasn’t delivered ( royal mail confirmed it had ) At last I received a refund ( although I had to pay postage for a damaged and sub standard item.)
My advice is to avoid the company and the ‘puppy’ . If you use the company then persist if you want a refund .
I would give a score of 0 stars if I could .

Not even worth one star. Nothing like the description and doubtful if it meets the safety standards. In my opinion, it’s a complete scam.
