Ordered reloading brass which arrived in a usps small flat rate box which costs 13.65 to ship yet I was charged $30.00 Nothing like padding the bill.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased items in January of 2026 and received an order confirmation. I contacted the customer service later in January and was informed that they were waiting on items and as soon as they had them they would be shipped.It is now March of 2026 and I have not received anything. I have asked for a refund but I’m not confident I will ever receive it.

Only gave one star because no stars is not an option. Made an order in February of this year, no communication, was notified after several emails that they were backordered in April with a 6 week lead time, still nothing, they don't answer phones, or return emails or messages. They strung me along long enough I am outside the window to complain with my credit card company for a refund. Stay away from them at all costs.

Ordered some ammo and never received it. Tried to contact them and they would not respond. Brutal company stay away from this site!!!

I had bought a pair of boots online. Shipping took months to receive a completely different style of boot than was advertised on their website.

They do not have stocked what is advertised. A complete SCAM business. They would not return any emails or calls. No refund either. I took the loss and reported them to the State as a FRAUD business!

Seems like many others have had the same experience. Terrible what they are doing to people. Hope they get what they deserve.

This is the worst company ever!!! Stay away and they will never deliver your product. 2 years waiting on ammo. Replaced it another product as still waiting. They say it’s in stock and once they have your money it’s too late. CRIMINALS.

This site is a total SCAM. Ordered a pair of Danner boots and the picture on the site was incorrect. They took months to deliver the wrong pair of boots and then would not issue a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

The physical address of this store is now a tobacco and paraphernalia store. Though once a well-known name in the Memphis area, it seems that the business no longer exists. The items that I attempted to purchase online were discontinued by the manufacturer some time ago. The website is offering goods for sale that they neither possess, nor have the ability to provide. They are, however, still accepting money.

Order item in January of 2023 and have not received the item. Contacted via email for a refund and they store credit replied store refund or PayPal only. Now two months later have not received a refund. company does not answer the phone and does not take messages.

tried to oder aworth sliding knee pads ordered 2 filled card information. would not accept card but try back later. Tryed 3 times on 11/6 with same results charged 3 times on card but did not order part or deliver.contacted card company and they would credit 3 charges never did. 10/7 tryed to order again 2 time with the same resluts charged and never odered but billed. now I have 7 bills and no credits and no product.Phone # does not work and emailed 3 times and nothing. I purchased an item on 10/5/23 I received an email from the company in 10/17/23 staying the item was out of stock and asked if I would like to select an alternative item or a refund. I responded back inquiring about a similar item of lesser value and it's availability. I said if it wasn't available I would like a refund. It is now 11/18/23 and dowdle sports and outdoors has failed or refused to return my emails or answer my calls. I would not recommend this company

New to purchasing items in the category. Dowdel “backordered” my items and asked if I would like to cancel. I said yes. They sent me a order cancellation notice with zeroed receipt. Then charged my card a week later. Total scam site.

I ordered something from them and it has been over a year and a half.
I received nothing. I was told it was on back order when I would inquire about it.
And then Dowdle just quit replying to my inquiries.
