Absolutely fallen in love with your products especially the body oils.

I wouldn't waste your money on these there products are terrible, I have had a few things and they all were really watery or really sticky couldn't bare to use them on my face. I've tried 3 of there products and every one of them went in the bin after a couple of days. They put extremely high prices on there products then email you with a code to supposedly get it for 80% off (etc) but it's all bulls**t to make you buy there cheap tacky products. I highly recommend you stay well away.

I’ve used products from this company many times . They have good deals and love the products especially the coconut range .

I am usually a weleda skinfood user so was intrigued to see how this stacked up against it. LOVED the smell, smells like summer and lemons. The consistency is amazing and really moisturised the area of skin I used it on, wasn’t as thick as weleda so was a lot easier to massage in. The only thing is it was slightly tacky after using it, but that fades once it has soaked in. Overall a very good product and certainly does the job of moisturising my dry skin!

I've been looking for a new vegan skincare range and have now tried a few of Dr Botanicals products including Moroccan Superfood oil and Berry day and night moisturisers that smell and feel lovely. I will buy again.

Only just received the lemon butter so only tried on back of hand. It doesn't smell lemony to me.

Great products and love the Moroccan Rose Facial Oil.

The lemon superfood all in one rescue butter helped me so much. Even tho I have quite oily skin it cleared my acne so much

Really horrible products. I ordered a few different creams and serums recently and gradually tried them all. They left my skin in a horrible condition - first I received a really bad reaction with red patches all over my face, which were itchy and stinging. This morning I woke up with a pigmentation spots over my upper lip which makes me look like I have a moustache. My skin is ruined! I have used numerous different products from different brands over the years and have never in my life had a reaction to anything. This is the first time I use their so called “natural” products, only to discover they ruined my skin. These products need to be withdrawn from sale, they are harmful!

I've been a customer since 2018 and I have recommended Dr Botanicals to so many online {the Lemon Superfood all-in-one Rescue Butter and Vanilla & Cinnamon Cleansing Bar are two of my favourite products I wax lyrical about}.

I really appreciate their regular updates and offers, in fact December 2020 I ordered £130.30 worth of goods paying just £39.09 including postage with their special discounts.

It was great for trying new items like the Seaweed Bio-Nourishing Night Moisturiser, Limited Edition Moroccan Rose Superfood Facial Oil and Mandarin Orange Restorative Eye Serum at amazingly low prices.

I highly recommend Dr Bontanicals to anyone and everyone for the superb products, fast delivery and low prices for quality products.

There's no way of getting an answer from these people. Back in January I placed 2 orders (1549 & 1534) on their site. As now UK is not in the EU, they need to present some documentation to export their goods (the message received from DHL hey told me this "Le informamos que tras el BREXIT, los cosmeticos procedentes de UK requieren pasar un control en aduana y la consiguiente presentación de licencia, por lo que como particular no podemos realizar el despacho aduanero y se procede al retorno de la mercancía"). They have failed to do so, so both orders went back to UK but they never refunded the money back.

Always fast delivery, and good quality products. Surprised at some reviews. I’ve never had a problem at all. Had my 5th delivery today. Very pleased with products and service.

One star is too good for my experience. I placed my order on 5 December and the money was debited from my account immediately. No tracking or order confirmation was provided and they don’t respond to emails or to any kind of message. Incidentally, this company is also known as Skin Research Ltd/Skin Chemists. It is obvious from the radio silence that they have no intention of refunding my payment. Yet they continue to bombard me with emails re their ‘huge’ sales.

Customer service is terrible, paid £7 for next day delivery only to come 3 days late, they are not responding to my emails and refusing to refund the delivery costs. Terrible company and I will never be shopping here again.
