Great products,prompt delivery
I have ordered from Dr Botanicals many times and never had a problem. They have always been prompt in processing and dispatching orders. They always have great discounts and promotions and the products are of a high quality. I've not experienced their customer service team as I've not had to contact them about an order but they may wish to consider using a different courier service as I can see a number of other customers have had issues with Hermes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and have been told by Hermes that I'd be receiving my order every day for the past 8 days. Still no signs of it.
Chased up with customer service numerous times and was told that they will resend a new order to the different address, only to find out later that they 'resend' the order to the same address with the same track code (I honestly don't believe that is the case).
I rang customer service again and was told that the order will be resend to the new address again but once again no confirmation (I am still waiting for the manager to get back to me about my complaint) .
I don't know about their products but the customer service is an absolute joke. I am still waiting for my delivery.
DO NOT OREDER FROM THEM.

Worst Customer Service ever!!
Their Customer Service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Really sad, as I really do like their products & couldn't wait for my July box!
However, they use Hermes for deliveries who have failed to deliver my latest subscription box. I have since contacted them 12(!) times via email without any reply, on social media also without a reply & no one is answering their phone line either. (I did consider longer responding time & short staffing due to the pandemic) I'm unable to stop my subscription nor have I received a refund or any sort of compensation for my (paid for) delivery. Beyond frustrating to say the least! I would not recommend buying from them as you will be left deserted when something goes wrong.

Really poor customer service and…
Really poor customer service and unreliable delivery. I ordered products and paid for expensive next day delivery 4 days ago and have not even received a dispatch email. Despite contacting customer service four times, no response from any one.
