Amazing choice of colours, styles and designs. Really is something for everyone regardless of size or budget. The changing rooms were spacious and light. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. My favorite thing was being able to just turn up and not have to make an appointment . Really great experience for my daughter and myself. Thank you so much

Made a 60 mile trip to visit the shop after seeing good things on social media. Constant new stock ,price budget to suit every pocket , staff with expertise,seemed very appealing and I liked the idea of not selling to the same high schools.

The shop itself is lovely,what every 16 year old girl would love,but for us it stopped there.
Staff where nice but they weren't falling over to offer help.
Dresses are very expensive , very few are £100/£150 more like £200-£650.

Very little choice and size availability very poor , basically if you find a dress you like and it's not in your size -hard luck you can't get a bigger size, all there is is what's on the rack . Most dresses available where sized,2,4,6,8 ,not your most averaged size.
Quality is questionable for the price asked ,found many dresses to have had catches in the lace ,loose /stretched stitching, not what you'd expect to get paying such a lot .
Not one to write negative reviews but felt needed to highlight to others as perhaps I would have reconsidered a visit knowing these things beforehand
Could be better if there was stock of dresses available on the rack,bigger size availability.

Got my granddaughters prom dress from here after many recommendations. The atmosphere was so friendly. The staff were extremely accommodating , professional and very patient whilst my grandaughter tried and retried several dresses several times over . Would highly recommend

What a fantastic place this is, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff who worked there. My daughter had no idea what style or colour of dress she wanted and must have tried on 20+, the staff brought dress after dress without faltering in their enthusiasm, even offering us advice and making suggestions to dresses, we had never thought of, and there was still so much choice to go at. It was also compared to other shop very reasonably priced.

It is simply the best . The staff have always been welcoming and helpful and full of enthusiasm. 100s of dresses to choose from in all colours and sizes. The dressing rooms are massive so you get a good feel walking around in your amazing gown . Can’t recommend enough it’s a must xxx

This company has gone from strength to strength and watching it grow has been a pleasure.

The store is stunning inside, professional staff, well informed and qualified by impeccable training to dress each lady perfectly. They have sooo many styles and sizes to suit every woman.

When I’ve been over the last 10 years I’ve only ever had a positive experience whether I’ve found my dress or not.

They are welcoming and wow the colours spread across the shop are wow, just feels a impressive, quality place to be.

Incredible brands and although I’ve never done the prom experience (only pageants) I’ve always recommended Holly and the studio. They don’t allow the same dress at the same prom and as a pageant girl you’ll also be well looked after too.

The samples are well cared for and when you order you place a standard deposit which is to order you in a brand new dress to your size. The dresses are perfectly priced so no hidden fees, you don’t have that shocking import tax to pay, they’ve priced so well that the company covers all these costs. Believe me there isn’t a store with cheaper dresses cos you’ll end up with all these extra costs if you go online to non U.K. stores.

No shocks on sizing and quality, and fantastic customer service; you get what you pay for.

You can tell this place is loved to the core by the owner and anyone who doesn’t see that is crazy.

I’d drive 300 miles to visit the dress studio any day!

This shop is truly wonderful. The staff are lovely and the choice of dresses is amazing. The staff make you feel welcome when you arrive and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve purchased dresses for both my daughters from The Dress Studio and I recommend it to everyone. The staff are very clear on the terms and conditions when you buy a dress and anyone who doesn’t understand that is quite frankly an idiot! I’ve heard that the staff were recently subjected to abuse from a so called idiot and I am beyond shocked.

Bottom line is this is a prom dress shop and they do their job well! Highly recommended.

Have been to this store on two prom occasions. Every visit we found a large selection on dresses and prices to suit everyone. There were always plenty of staff who were really approachable and gave my daughters lots of attention when deciding on styles. We liked that some dresses couldn’t be tried on as other girls in the school had chosen the style. I bought one dress, paying in full and the other dress on the deposit system they have. No issues, no pushy pressure from any staff and very friendly. My daughters both had lovely experiences. Would definitely recommend this shop for a lovely prom experience.

An absolutely amazing company and team who work hard to help you find and feel comfortable in your dream dress. I bought a dress from here for prom and even tho I was unwell due to surgery they didn’t stop it from making me feel beautiful. The team here provides amazing service and is every member is an absolutely amazing and wonderful credit to the company x
