Worst. Company. Ever.

I bought a swimsuit with shipping price included to be shipped to the EU. 2 days later I get not 1, but 2 emails from them saying the exact same thing: I need to pay extra shipping to the EU. It said nothing on this on the website. I don’t trust websites who have hidden fees after you pay. They wrote with broken English so I replied saying that i want to cancel my order altogether. This however seem to be impossible for them to understand. I keep getting double emails about paying extra shipping for several days in a row. No matter how much I tell them to refund me, they don’t answer me.

So what do I do? I open a ticket at PayPal. And what do you know. I get an email from them straight away telling me to close the case. That’s literally all the say. They don’t say anything about my refund, they only tell me to close the case I opened. Unbelievable.

Of course I don’t close it. I’m not that stupid. I reply saying that I’ll close the case if they refund me. Then they reply saying that they’ll only refund me if I close the case. -.-

But unfortunately I lost the case because there was no option at PayPal to complain about a refund odd enough.

So I emailed Dress-head yet again saying the case is closed and I want my money back as they “promised”. But of course they don’t do it still. They kept going on and on about how the case was still open even though it wasn’t.

I’m baffled at how they refuse to refund me even though I didn’t even get my item! They didn’t even ship anything to me!

They literally just stole my money.

Stay faaaar away from this company!

This has been the worst experience ever! Dresshead false advertises (clothes that are mailed to you look completely different than what's being advertised - the fabric is completely different), you won't get refund/free return shipping not even through PayPal (PayPal is a scam too), and you won't get free items. I wish I had read reviews before "giving" my money away. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals. They came after 3 weeks. Both pair appear to be made of plastic and are so poorly put together that I had to laugh. Glue shows, stitching is poorly done...just terrible quality. I asked about returning them for a full refund and that’s when I found out I would have to pay postage to Hong Kong to the tune of $30+ When they have a California warehouse! Just save your money...do not buy from this place!

Cheap, plastic, low-grade garbage shoes. No confirmation of your order will be sent, so once your order is placed, you will never be shown what it was you ordered. Once you receive your shipment after about a month, your shoes come shrink-wrapped in a big blob of bubble wrap, with no boxes or storage for said shoes. No worry though, all shoe sizes will be too small because I AM NOT ASIAN AND NEITHER ARE MY FEET, so you can just throw the cheap, plastic, ugly, nothing-like-the-picture, homeless shelter, made-in-China shoes straight into the garbage can. Then you will have effectively paid $80 to receive a metric ton of daily porn spam. Drop dead, Dress Head.

Love, Love, Love these clothes. Very true to size, quality fabrics, and stylish for every age group. Customer service is attentive and accommodating.

Exceptional amazing. Prices are amazingly low and reasonable. Clothes are good quality. Definitely will be buying again!!

⚠️ WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I PROMISE IT WILL ALL BE TERRIBLE.
Firstly, I'm not big on personal reviews unless it's an extremely great product or an extremely horrible product. If it were an option I would give negative stars! I spent a lot of money. 4 pairs of boots, 2 sweatshirts, 2 tops, a jacket, and 3 pairs pants. Out of 12 items, literally only 4 were wearable. And when I say wearable I mean I will wear it because I'm so upset that I spent so much money and had such an awful experience that I didn't want it to be all a complete waste. The items I won't wear I honestly wouldn't even give it away as it would be hard to find anyone that would be even slightly pleased with it. The items were far off from the descriptions, not the same items as in the photos, had false measurements, and multiple very noticeable flaws. One pair of shoes were 1.5 sizes bigger than labeled. But the company argued that the style is different. But when measuring, the measurements should be the same as labled (or close to), regardless of style. I tried them on and they looked absolutely ridiculously large, and my feet slid all around in each direction. The jacket was much wider and shorter than the measurements given. One sweatshirt had huge holes in the pockets. One pair pants did not resemble the photo/description in the slightest. One pair boots came with shredded "leather" laces which cannot easily be replaced due to the extreme length (above the knee boots with wrap around strappy laces), and the holes punched in for the laces were so small that I cannot find any laces that can fit thru. This is only part of the issues, I don't want to bore you with the rest, but please believe me when I say they are horrid. Not to mention they lie on the website stating they are in Georgia, USA but after many times ignoring my request for a return address they admitted they are on Hong Kong and to return the items I had to pay shipping, shipping that per item cost even more than the actual purchase price. I've emailed at least 30x back and forth and they intentionally keep screwing around and not addressing the issues as they send 3+emails talking about an excuse for one item and nothing about the rest. I'm basically out of luck and they have zero interest in making a fair resolution with me. I've spent so much money, time, energy, anger, and frustration on this. PLEASE- let my absolute nightmare of an experience save you from this.

just another crap company out of China.products are not what you ordered, and that's if you even get the order. I have advised every single social media site so that the word is spread and we can shut yet another foreign company outta the Usa!!!

Worst company ever.

This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. You always take a risk ordering clothes online which I why I bought at least one size up in comparison to their sizing chart. I also ensure that there is a return policy. This company states that there is one but when my clothes arrived not one item fit. However, my 10 year old daughter could wear them. When I messaged the company to get a refund, the response I got was that the manufacturer was in Hong Kong and I would have to pay for the shipping to return it. They refused to give me any information other than that. Several times I asked for some sort of resolution or if I could speak to a manager and every time I got the same response from them. $97 wasted!! I absolutely do not recommend this website!!!

I wouldn't use this site if I were you... I bought $106 Worth of product from this website not knowing I wouldn't be able to return or get what I ordered. They didn't have two pieces I wanted, then just sent another random two pieces. So there was two I ordered, that completely didn't fit- I tried to return it, they refuse my package. Even the credit card company is having a hard time to deal with the dispute.. Its insane- so if its worth the risk, go for it- I don't think it is. If I didn't need jeans outfits for work, i would've never tried this site.... Good luck.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I wanted to return items and they refused to give me the address. After at least 20 emails I had to get PayPay involved. They had me get in touch with the company again and they said "Drop the case and we will give you the address". PayPal got the address and my package has been tied up in customs for4 2 moonths and counting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

First of all I don't even understand how this company is still in business,they have multiple complaints with the BBB. Every item I ordered was too small,clothes are not true to size and the plus size models they're using to model their clothes are way bigger than me and mostly all of the items I ordered only go up to 2X. I order through the mail all the time and because I know my sizes I just ordered the size I wear and even checked their size charts as well, but their charts are not true and the quality of clothes is AWFUL. I will stick to my other online stores but I'm definitely filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered 86 dollars in dresses on sEPTEMBER 8, NOW i READ ALL THESE ARTICLIES ABOUT THE CLOTHES BEING TO SMALL. i CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK IN THE BANK. i CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH MY E-MAIL THE PASSWORD WILL NO longer let me in my account.

Cheap quality, not wearable. Put it directly into the giveaway bag. And they say it's easy to return, which it is NOT. They told me I'd have to pay postage to Hongkong to return the item.

I love this website. If I ever had a problem I'd email Lucia personally.. She is the best & will get your order right for you. I've been a customer now going on maybe 2 years & yes some items are not top but very affordable & it works for some of us who can't afford today's high prices.
Remember?? You get what you pay for?? & know coming from China, it will & does (sometimes) take time for delivery. if you ever have a problem with a order just email Lucia.

I ordered from dreshead on several occasions. The first order was aweful but they did try to rectify it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt...I'm glad I did. Cutest stuff and my shoes are so comfy..I'll continue to orderl

HORRIBLE! They sent me the wrong product. I alerted them right away. Then they asked me to send a picture to prove it. I sent it right away. Then they disappeared. When I reached out again, they told me their warehouses are in Hong Kong and I'd have to send it back at my expense. UM, NO... not if you sent the wrong product. Broken English too. My next call is to dispute the charge on my Credit Card.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! We ordered an adorable pair of shoes for my daughter on July 29th for a party she was attending 2 weeks later. They finally arrived yesterday (after the party) but what I was sent were TWO LEFT SHOES!!! I went on their site to do a return and there’s no option for it so I emailed them. Their response was “you pay shipping and handling to send back to Hong Kong!” Even though they sent me TWO LEFT SHOES! Not to mention there is still no way to even do a return because they haven’t sent me an address, link, phone number, or anything else to help facilitate one. I am cancelling payment thru my credit card then proceed to let anyone and everyone know not to order from them ever again. Oh & lastly, they haven’t responded to any of my other emails yet so I’m guessing returns are just not n option for their scam of a company.
