I have ordered from dress head from dress head a couple times and everything always comes well packaged and nice ! Every time i do contact them they respond to me and answer my questions if I have any questions. Their clothes quality is very nice . This website is not a scam at all the items you see on the model is what you will get !

Ordered an outfit 6 weeks before my event, tracking stalled after several weeks. Messaged company and they gave several excuses then said it was due to the protests and coronavirus, when the tracking showed that it arrived in the US before that took place. Asked to cancel the order as opposed to having to dispute through bank, they said they could not. I advised that I would just go ahead and dispute through my bank and decline the package should it arrive. The company said: please don't dispute the order.

it will affect your purchase for future.

I definitely do not plan on ordering from this company again so that won't be an issue.

Sooooo many issues with this company but my main issue is the shipping cost, holy crap! After investing an hours worth of my time checking out items and putting them in my cart, when I went to purchase I get this surprise of hey, the shipping cost is double what it costs for the items, PLUS charging a separate shipping fee for EACH item on top of that, for which I had 10 items. No way would I ever support this kind of nonsense from an online clothing department. Learned my lesson, “cheaper” clothes ain’t the way.

This company deserves 000000000. I ordered over $100 worth of stuff a week ago and still haven’t received a confirmation number to track my package. Every time I email them they tell when they get the confirmation number then they will send it to me. This is bulshit, I have never had any problem ordering stuff from other stores so this company is a fraud and I will NEVER EVER order from them again and I’m mad because I should have read the reviews first but it’s ok they need that money more than I do.

This website is it a SCAM. If it was a zero on the rating I would have given to them. I ordered some clothing and when received Them I was shock not only with the quality but they were completely different from the ones Shown on their website pictures. On top of that I am being charged with some other taxes, fuel surcharge, etc.
Very disappointed.

My dresses are AWESOME! The blue Jean Overalls are small however, I can easily give them away to an excited teenager!

I love this website and will order again. At first I was iffy due to reading the reviews. But I decided to try it out. I was worried when it took longer but due to coronavirus it's not there fault. The items I got were beautiful and cheap. The items they didn't have in stock I was refunded immediately for. I will be ordering again soon. Very beautiful shoes and heels. I super recommend!! I have been buying my clothes from dresshead for 3 years and I love their clothes, they are of good quality and great prices, shipping is usually fast but because of the covid-19 it's taken a few more days, but they do get to me thank you dresshead for not raising your prices, I will continue to tell people about your website, stay safe .

This website is a scam. I ordered a pair of shorts and what was supposed to be a babydoll dress 2 sizes bigger than my normal size. The shorts didn't even come and they said they had refunded me which they didn't. The babydoll dress was god awful ugly and looked nothing like pic and is sooo dang tight its ridiculous and again I ordered it 2 sizes bigger and it isn't a dress it's a stupid shirt!!! It doesn't even cover my butt. Last I ordered a separate order for my daughter and the clothes were all too small and made out of horrible material. Never again will I buy from this horrible site!! You've been warned!!!

Two years ago I ordered from Dresshead and never received my order and disputed the charges with my credit card company to get a refund. I got issued a refund and thought I would give them another chance so I ordered from them again in April of 2020 and they refused to ship out my new order since I had an outstanding balance from 2 years ago. It's not an outstanding balance, it's never receiving my items and refusing to pay for stuff I never received. Just don't order from this company. They are not trust worthy at all!!!!!!

I am very angry with this company. I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe in advance for my daughter and I for a wedding. I ordered "GREEN" shoes.They sent me "black". What the hell is this? This is the second time this has happen. I will not order from this company again!!!!!

Holy crap, 3 orders, each over 60 dollars, ordered with on a week of each other. All came in the same package. Swim suits were made of some see thru polyester fabric bullshshit, the stitching was terrible and threads were everywhere. The shoes were the wrong color, another wrong pattern and another wrong material.. plastic is NOT LEATHER. ! THE SWIMSUITS DIDNT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE OICTURE. I WAS TOLD IN MY OACKAGE THAT THEY TEIED TO EMAIL ME WITH NO RESPONSE BC I WAS MISSING 2 ITEMS AND THEY REFUNDED MY PAY PAL. TJEY DID NOT!! IN FACT I WAS MISSING 3 ITEMS AND NOW AM SENDING EVERY SINGLE THING BACK TO DR3SSHEAD BC DAMN GINA, DID YOU EVEN TRY? PAY MORE SHOP LOCAL. HELLO SUMMER AND I HAVE NO BATHING SUITS.

I placed an order with dresshead on 2/27/2020. I am still waiting on my order today 4/1/2020. I've been in constant contact with dresshead via email and they insist my order was delivered (I have NEVER recieved it). They refuse to refund my $88.86 or reship my order. I have never had a "delivered" package not be delivered. I am extremely upset because money is hard earned around here. I will not do business with them again and don't recommend anyone gambling with their money either!! Their customer service is trash and I believe they are a scam! If I could give them less than one star I would.

I ordered my mom the 4pc purse set in November of 2019 for Christmas. It was set to arrive a week before Christmas & of course the arrival dates repeatedly changed over the next couple of weeks. My mother’s purses never arrived! I spoke with the dress head support team.. They told me the same thing over & over again.m, that it was being shipped!! Finally the tracking read delivered but there was no package! Hmm.. so I became restless and reached out to the USPS to confirm that the package was shipped & the tracking info was up to date. The tracking info I was given by dress head For USPS was correct but no one knew where the package had gone! Yes, that’s right! A 4pc purse set grew legs & mysterious walked away! After speaking with dress head several times over the course of the next couple of months nothing was ever resolved! My mom never received her Christmas gift & dress head couldn’t explain what happened, let alone ship out a replacement! Overall I think the company is a complete SCAM & they’re full of fuk**g shi*! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM especially during CHRISTMAS TIME!!!!!

Dress Head is my favorite place to shop online. The prices are fair, the quality is lovely and the customer service is great. I highly recommend.

I have ordered possibly 3 to 4 times from Dresshead and all of the clothes I had bought from Dresshead did not fit even when I went up a couple of sizes. The clothes didn't look as good as what they do online once received. There customer service is nothing left to be desired as there is none. I have contacted them a couple of times and they told me that I can return them (at what cost when shipping back to Hong Kong). They had offered a free item with my next order but I am not going to be ordering from them again, the free item will never be received. The minute I send them an email they don't like what I said I hear nothing else from them. VERY BAD service and clothing (not true to size), no wonder they can sell them so cheap. For anyone else ordering please stay away from DressHead.
