Terrible
Terrible. Ordered a basketball and a stand for my niece for Christmas. They sent a Soccer ball instead. So they sent me a return label and said they would swap it out for us. I went to post office and sent the soccer back. Instead of swapping it out for the basketball they refunded me only part of what I paid. They didn’t even refund me the whole amount so I couldn’t re-buy the ball if I wanted. My niece never received her Christmas present that she actually really wanted. Would never buy from this company.

The Best Customer Service Ever!!!!
I purchased this product as a gift for my grandson. The customer service representatives have been the most helpful reps I have ever dealt with. They are extremely professional as well as patient. EVERY question I posed, they answered IMMEDIATELY!!! I am not tech savvy and they were able to walk me through each step. I LOVE DribbleUp and so does my grandson! I am so grateful for all of their help!
Superior Customer Service
I had ordered a Smart Soccer Ball as a Christmas present. After finding out it was stolen from my porch, I contacted Customer Service to see if they could help. I received an email within 5 mins letting me know they would send out a replacement ball the next day. Talk about stellar service. Gail was a pleasure to deal with and made it all happen. Thank you so much!!!
Purchased for Christmas
Purchased for Christmas. When we opened up, the phone attachment clip was broken. We emailed customer service on Christmas Day, had a response within the hour, and new complete tripod unit ready for shipment. Great customer service, thank you!!

I think the product is great! I ordered the product for my grandson on December 1, 2023 and I only received half of my order. The frustrating part is I keep getting marketing emails regarding purchasing additional products everyday! Please just finalize my order. This was my Grandson’s Christmas gift and today is the day after! Help PLEASE!!
Wrong ball size, have to wait for replacement
Not sure how I feel about your customer service. I ordered a size 29.5 but when my son opened his gift on Christmas he was disappointed it was size 28.5. You told me you’d finalize the exchange when you receive confirmation from post office about shipping back wrong ball. Why should my son have to wait for a gift you got wrong. It should have been sent out immediately as it could be. He shouldn’t have to wait for your mistake. You didn’t wait for my payment until we received the product. So I do not think this time customer service was on point. How long will it take to receive the correct product?
Deceptive advertising
Deceptive advertising. Not in any of the ads I still see, do I hear a mention of a paid subscription. They sell this as a "Smart Soccer Ball" in fact there is absolutely nothing smart about it. It's a regular soccer ball that requires a paid subscription to their app to make it smart. It can only qualify as smart because it makes you feel stupid for falling for this scam.

Great customer service experience. I ordered 2 of the basketballs for my kids for Christmas. I didn’t not receive part of my order and contacted customer support. They were prompt in their response and they rectified the problem right away.

I ordered a basketball dribble up set. The package was delivered, I'm not sure if my neighbor lied but it wasn't there. Thank to the Dribble Up family, they were able to send another basketball set. Thanks again.!
Don't trust the delivery date
Customer service does get back to you. I just wish they would use a better system than usps. My soccer ball didn't get to me in time for Christmas to give to my son this year. Not blaming this company but the ad said that it would get to me well before Christmas and now we have to wait until after to receive it. Just a little disappointed in that. Hopefully I'll be able to review the product once I actually get it.

This review is regarding customer service as my son has not yet received the skill building system since it’s a Christmas gift. However, I had an issue upon purchasing and submitted an email regarding the discount code not being applied. I was so pleased when I received a response to my email IMMEDIATELY and a refund of the difference was promptly issued. Now that is great customer service!

We had to exchange our package. And when we contacted customer service. They were quick to resolve the problem and we received a return label almost immediately.
It will silently siphon your bank account
Don't do it! You will never receive reminders or receipts for the $10 a month charge. And that will continue forever! So think of the equipment as a single $200 or $300 ball. Quality isn't worth it. Most of the 5-star reviews are given right away - I'm writing this over a year or two later (and only after finally noticing the recurring credit card charge for the gift). They are honest with the sales pitch - activation is upon delivery (whether a kid uses it or not). Customer service will not care about you - I've already corresponded with them prior to posting this. I would strongly discourage purchasing any of their products.
