when you cencel they take away access immediately. So if you have 3 weeks left, you lose it all! SCAMMERS!!

The product itself is ok....But they automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription for 16.99. After countless chats I was told that when you buy the product they auto enroll you. I didn't want the enrollment and it took a while to get it cancelled as i bought it as a gift. Not a very ethical place in my opinion would never buy from them again.

Solid customer service. However, I still haven't received my refund yet. I ordered the wrong ball and needed to send it back, and wanted a refund.

Great product and customer service is helping. Most companies put themselves first. Not Dribblup.

What a great concept and they keep improving on it all the time. We have had the one for soccer now for over a year and it really gives a strong foundation. Heck, I'm almost 70 and I'm thinking of trying one of the many programs out. Note I waited to post almost a year to post.

Horrible product, ball does not register with app for small kids under 10 years old.

You are asked to hit these green boxes in the app with the ball but those boxes are static and don't adjust to child's height. So when you are in the recommended distance the boxes you are asked to hit with the ball are either up to the kid's head or so low that the boxes are bigger than his whole leg.

We use the basketball program. My son loves it and I'm so proud of him. I would highly recommend it.

Everyone in customer service made my issues of primary importance and communicate effectively. I appreciate conscientious customer service reps.

We just got dribble up this past week and the boys are loving it! We got it for the twins (age 10) but I love that there are up to 6 accounts included so my 5 year old can join in the fun, too! He’s spent 5 years in the bleachers watching his brothers and now it’s his turn! The bigs are now the coaches and cheerleaders for him too.

We are just getting started with Dribble Up but loving it so far. Our son was very excited to pass a few levels and we are anxious to see how he grows adding this into his routine!

Having to talk to a live person would be best. I am waiting to get a return label sent to me so that I can return the soccer ball. I wanted to order the basketball.

Got the DU soccer ball for my son for x-mas. We traveled for the holiday and somehow misplaced the access code card. I emailed DU not expecting a response until the next week. I was shocked when they responded within 5 minutes. Not with a thank you for your email, but with the access code and directions to setup the account. On top of that, my son loves it. I bought a different soccer app that he never liked because there is no interactive instruction or feedback. Can’t wait to see his ball handling improve. LOVE LOVE LOVE DU!!!

My 2 sons (11 & 9) use DribbleUp daily, have been for 2+ years and absolutely love it! Their footwork and technical skills have improved considerably and so much of their progress can be attributed to DU! The training sessions are great for all skill levels, the coaches are very engaging and progress tracking is very effective and encouraging! Their support team is also supper responsive should you ever need any assistance! We just got our 2nd DU soccer ball and training mat, I reached out to support and was very pleased with how quickly they replied and provided me the information I was asking for. Thanks DU team for a great product and experience!

Received the ball last week, pumped it up on Monday to have ready for Xmas (Thursday). It was deflated by Thursday…

I had ordered the soccer ball but accidently got the wrong size ball and they were kind enough to let us send back and receive the right size and we are so grateful.
