Scammed me out of £89 after sending SMS claiming to be from DVLA. These people are stealing money from people freely. MAKE SURE CALL THEM AND UNSUBSCRIBE THERE ROBESH SERVICE .

Terrible, I’ve been scammed out of £89 for subscription to an annual service which I didn’t knowingly authorise payment for, on top of £20 fee for replacement of my driving license. I wish I’d realised it wasn’t the government uk portal!

A bunch of scammers! Paid the £14 to renew my licence not realising I had gone through these Rob dogs who have then tried to take £89 out of my bank without my authorisation! Luckily my bank denied the transaction and they will not be getting anymore out of me. You are total scammers!

Be very careful . They have a DVLA website within their website so you think you are just dealing with DVLA . I have just had £89 taken from my bank account . Be very careful when applying for a new licence . They did not email confirming I had signed up to anything so it's all fraudulent and all their responses are computer generated . I have now had my bank block them . Shocking, and I could do without losing £89 this week. Gaynor

always so careful but was in a rush and using my phone which I now regret :(

i Paid the £14 so I thought for my renewal of my photocard driving licence.... a month later £89 taken.... called DVLA and they explained exactly what had happened and what i had signed up to.
reported to Action fraud, trading standards and also citizens advice.
I have now had to request a new card through my bank to prevent future payments being taken. but unlikely to get my money back.
Always type 'Gov' in your search bar if you are applying for a driving licence or passport. do not just click on the first google result.

Looks like the dvla web site. avoid at all costs. Probably like me by the time you read this you’ve been scammed. I curse the people who do this.

This company is completely fake! I’m 18 years old and tried to replace my provisional in a panic after I lost it. Obviously I’m very new to this but to me it looked legit and even came up before the DVLA website. PLEASE AVOID!

Scumbag company. My husband went in this site by mistake and was charged 14 then another 89 pounds. Our bank fraud squad rang us and reimbursed us and said that my husbands card was ok to use now that they were blocked. Then another 89 pounds came out. They had used my card. How the hell did they get my card details. The bank could not answer that question. So now both our cards have been compromised. We have not yet been reimbursed for this charge and I will be chasing if we don't. How they go my card details god only knows. This company needs to be shut down. You cannot contact them to compla and they're at the top of the search engine. Absolutely disgusting.

DO NOT USE!!! ITS | SCAM!!! Paid £14 for driving license then £ days later took £89 out of bank account! Bank has cancelled direct debit.But lost other money as i agreed without knowing i did! Its very upsetting.Not sure if i will get my new driving license but will have to wait and see.Another worry!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! wanted to renew my husbands driving licence thought I was on the correct website as it was the first site to come up in the search WRONG,submitted my application paid the fee of £24 thought nothing of it, until hubby started getting unusual junk emails, double checked company and the reviews were pretty shocking started to realise something was wrong, so requested to cancel my application and requested a refund but nothing no reply, then spoke to my bank to try and cancel pending transaction of £24 they couldn't said it had to go through first but made them aware of it and company, then 2 days later they try and take a further £89 luckily my bank alerted me and blocked my card now I'm waiting for a new one, hubby's license did turn up in a dvla letter ,but like it's been said before I was just wanting a renewal not subscription! And how the hell is this company the first company that comes up in the search!!! Be careful when searching its not always the first company that pops up lesson learnt 😡

As everyone says they are a bunch of scammers and preying on innocent people who think they are dealing with a legit DVLA site. We got conned out of £95 to pay for my sons licence which he did receive so we let this go. Now 6 months later they tried to take another £89 which thankfully my credit card company declined and asked me if I’d authorised it. What possible reason would you need a subscription for what was a one off purchase. Avoid at all costs, as someone has already stated how the hell do they appear at the top of a search for DVLA licence renewal.

I fell for it hook line and sinker. They prey on vulnerable people over the age of 65 and also the most vulnerable like LGBT and informed.
