My 16year old processed his provisional licence through this company. Again they took the £34 for the provisional licence app and then a charge of £89 came out of my account out of nowhere! I am refuting against using consumer goods act (14 day cooling off period for all online transactions) and contract with a minor. If that doesn’t work I will go to the bank.

Update: had a credit for £34 but got nowhere with the membership fee.

Appalling - like others on here I renewed my license to be charged by this organisation, with a further £89 pending in my bank account. I have checked with DVLA that my license is genuine which it is, but they have told me that I was inadvertently diverted to another website while using theirs. I have lodged a claim against this organisation with my bank, but am not holding my breath. I can't find a contact number for these crooks on their website - strange that!!!!

As all reviews on here I also somehow fell into this trap! Must of sent them a good 6-7 messages now in all forms that I can, should be interesting to see if they get back to me and refund my £89! Lucky nothing else has been taken yet but I did notice apparently I have a 3 month subscription! ..

Only really clicked something was up when I received paper application forms through the door then went for a look on my bank then BOOM, 89 sterling gone to some douchbags called ‘license service su’. Contacted bank so hopefully they can pull the money back and sort it out!

I’m totally confused I was on the gov.Uk to renew my license I paid £14 only to discover I’ve paid licence assist it was not clear and at no time did I agree to £89 being taken from my account 3 days later & I’m taking it up with my bank to try and get the money back I feel very cheated it’s a awful way to do business shame on you

TOTAL SCAMMERS -THEY SHOULD BE IN PRISON FOR FRAUD. They advertise that they support your license application, and make their website look very similar to the official DVLA site. They then very quickly (3 days ), take your money, £ 133.00 before you get a paper licences application sent through the post from the DVLA for you to complete, just like the one you can get for free from the post office. They also operate under the web site Mr-Support name.
They are complete fraudsters and need removing from google

Wanted to renew my driving licence went in line this is the company I got, phoned the bank up they said they could not do anything till money had come out at to phone this company to stop it that was like talking to a brick wall why are the DLA using a third party company

Absolutely disgusting service. Took £89 from my account without my permission. Called them and they were useless. No refund. American speaking. No help. Please be careful looks like they have closed once and reopened. Scam.

Didn’t complete the application as realised that it was a scam, had an email saying my payment had not gone through, they still took £89 from my debit card without me sanctioning it. Having phoned my bank my bank informed me that this company had set up a regular subscription amount to come out of my bank. Thankfully the bank were able to stop any further payments from leaving my account. No invoice or transaction notifications have been received from this company. I am awaiting a response from the company for a refund of the £89 - on their website its states theres is a 14 day cooling off period, so hoping they honour this and refund the £89 as the bank stated they cannot return it and i have to go back to the company.

I cancelled my card when I realised they were a scam, but am very worried they have my licence details, passport details, email and phone number now. Am hoping that these crooks are not into identity theft as well...?

As others have said - my son lost his license so googled DVLA and unwittingly did it through these charlatans 🤬 will be attempting to get back £89 back through bank but lesson learned - triple check the website domain before paying any fee

Scamming little pussies puts a subscription without you knowing £89 don’t apply on this stupid ass website

I have recently received a letter myself. I had a simple renew to complete on the site that was provided on the letter. I completed the process on the site and paid the 24.99. To my surprise I checked my account a few days later to find an £89 on top of the £24 had been taken.
Il advise everyone he’d warning from using the main pay online options.
I have reported the issue to my bank in the matter and will await the review on investigation for my refund.

I actually went too the website that my DVLA letter provided me with to renew my license and ended up being scammed for an extra £89 on top of the £24 I paid to get the license quicker. On top of that License assist wanted me to pay £24 again because they said they didn't receive the initial £24 I had my bank sent even though the bank had sent it. The Givt needs to investigate the DVLA because there is obviously some form of corruption that originates their too.

If anyone else has been scammed by these ars*hole* then it may well be worth taking it up with your bank. I bank with HSBC and they raised a dispute and today they refunded me £89 into my account. I am wondering if there is an organisation who they can be reported to. So many people affected.

Please do not use them complete scam. They trick you into thinking you are using the DVLA website to renew your licence and say you have signed up for their services and charge you £89.

I have also been scammed of £89. Paid the £20 for my license then another £89 taken today. Rang the company and they say I agreed to this!!! Said they had sent me an email giving me 3 days to cancel and informed me of the £89 subscription. RUBBISH. Haven’t received any email of this discription.

Like others I have had £89 taken. I have rung the DVLA and they are aware of this company but do nothing about it. I applied on the DVLA website and got taken through to this ‘ 3rd party ‘ . If it was not for my bank ringing me I would have been ‘ subscribed ‘ with more payments taken. AVOID.

I also have just been scammed for my driving licence and after giving details to fast track the licence for £10 I was notified by my bank that these pond dwellers had tried to take a further £89

I've just Called this company and got an address if anyone is interested but this is probably also fake
