I was transitioning from the American diet and ran across Dr. Livingood’s free book and thought it was too good to be true. Nope I have had results from all supplements from collagen to vitamin D supplements. It’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle change that is long lasting with small changes. Love love love it!

Absolutely love the Omega 3 and Turmeric supplement! When I eat to much gluten or sugar and my joints are aching, I just take extra and it doesn’t take long to get relief! I especially was thankful after my car collision last year! I got relief from the aches and pains.

I respect Dr.livingood , he gets to the point , he practices what he preaches, his family lives the lifestyle and that’s proof it works.
I have purchased many of his books ( giving some as gifts & participate in the 10 minute Hitt regularly..

I’ve been taking his supplements for 4 months now, and I can truly feel a huge difference in my well being as a whole.

I have been following Dr. Livingood and the Livingood Daily Lifestyle since March of 2025. In 11 months I have lost 95 unwanted lbs, my fasting glucose is now in normal range, my PTH levels are now in normal range, my doctors are in awe and completely on board with the positive changes they see in me and my body. I would highly recommend watching the videos, getting the book and starting with a monthly challenge if you need to jump-start your mindset and your success. You do NOT need to buy his supplements to follow the lifestyle. Also, his Coconut Joy Bars are wonderful and a great deterrent to those who might have a snackcident. Highly Recommend! There is a lot to learn and unlearn.

I'm not sure how I managed this but I doubled ordered several products & got the notice all these were being readied for shipment. Slight panic since the result would have been way more than I needed and more than I intended to spend. I sent an email & shortly after that received a calm email explaining it wasn't a problem, the extra order had already been canceled. WHEW

Since I’ve been using some of the living, good daily supplements along with excluding the bad foods and timing the good foods I feel better and look better at age 65!
I also exercise for about 20 to 25 minutes a day with a couple of days rest in the week!

I am glad I came across DLG products and I get to also listen to him every Wednesday morning whenever I am chance. At a time when my health was going down, I came across him on Facebook. I was looking for something natural (natural supplement) to better my health. I got DLG vit-D, omega +Turmeric, Greens Superfood, magnesium, immune support. Taking all these at different intervals has made a great difference on my body. I feel good. There are some I have not taken yet but hopefully will do because of the difference I feel in my body. I was a member for about a year and a half. I learned about supplements. I watched exercise classes that I did. I ordered a sleep supplement that helped me go off medication that had side effects. I continue to order the sleep supplements. Life changing. Also I tried the omega and D3 with K2. And cookbook. I still use the books. Excellent advice. I wish I had a Dr. like that here. Excellent customer service! Very friendly, kind, and professional staff.

I ordered a book and paid full price plus $9.44 after getting many notices that it was in the mail for about a month...I got an e-mail stating that it isn't a book but it is on line. I never wanted it on line. They said they would refund $20.1? to me and they don't return the postage.
So they illegally keep postage and just pocket it.
Went online and see they have 42 complaints already . I wonder how many they would have if everyone that got takesn would write a complaint.
I made the order on Dec. 12.2025 and it is Jan 21,2026, today and the 1st time I was told it was an online book.

Shortly after turning 50 a few years ago I was diagnosed with 3 different health conditions that had stopped me from moving and left me feeling depressed and hopeless. After several years of inactivity and comfort eating I found myself over 200#! My normal weight was about 165 so this was a great extra burden along with my health issues. I tried and failed at dieting several times, I even tried Ozempic and it just didn’t work for me. I by chance stumbled across Dr. L.’s videos on YouTube last November and decided to start trying some of his suggestions from my own kitchen & local grocery store. To my surprise I started losing weight, about 2#s per week and around week 3 my arthritis pain started getting better. I’ve kept following Dr. L.’s videos and since Halloween I’ve now lost 28#s and no more arthritis pain! 😁 The regimen has boosted my energy level and I no longer feel hopeless but happy and motivated to keep following this journey. Not only does Dr Livingood have great products, he has great advice and information. I have been more than happy with anything I have purchased from him. The quality of the omegas and turmeric are so amazing that I was able to get off of my pain medication.

I was really impressed by how much support this site provides. There are so many resources available to help users reach their goals, and customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful right away. Although I didn’t end up using the platform as much as I had hoped to continue the service, the support system alone speaks volumes about the quality of the site.
