I was really impressed by how much support this site provides. There are so many resources available to help users reach their goals, and customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful right away. Although I didn’t end up using the platform as much as I had hoped to continue the service, the support system alone speaks volumes about the quality of the site.

I accidentally forgot to place the apartment number on the address for an order I sent to my son. I realized when it was finally delivered, that it was delivered back to the sender. I immediately sent an email to the support team informing them of my mistake and they canceled and reordered right away and corrected the address for the future. The team was quick to respond and very helpful. Now hopefully in a few short days, my son will receive his supplements.

Especially since Covid, I do not want to take unnecessary medications, I want to know if I am able to get to the root of my issue by living smarter, eating right and this is what Dr. Livingood does. For example my cholesterol number was high, and he showed us how to show my Dr. the relationship of my good cholesterol to the overall, and my Dr. has not put me on medication. The service is great too, if I have an issue with a shipment, the Customer Service gets back quickly and fixes any issues. Great info, trust the product and great service too.

I’ve been working on clean eating for the past 2 years. Dr Livingood had given me a deeper understanding of hidden toxins in our foods and some great recipes. I’ve been encouraging my friends to dive right in too.

I have been purchasing DLG products for over a year now..I had a shippment where the collagen powder decided it wanted to be free!!HA! It spilled in the shipping bag...I notified customer service and they offered a return and refund right away....even if you buy DLG on Amazon, the service is just as amazing!! I highly reccommend all their products, and you can know their customer service is right there when you need them!! Thank you so much!!!

I had an issue/question about my order and contacted customer service through their chat. They were quick to respond and helped answer my question and resolved the issue I was having in a timely manner.

I needed to make a change to when I’m receiving my supplements and was unable to do it on the website. I contacted the help desk and they were able to go into the system and fix the issue. The fact that my issue was resolved quickly and they communicated immediately when it was fixed was much appreciated! Thank you.

I use many of the suppliments and recently discovered I am allergic to moringa (makes me very very sad). So I had to cancel my coffee orders. I did have to call twice as I had 2 recurrent orders, 1 decaf and 1 regular and the support person told me the decaf did not have moringa (which is written on the front of the package). Even with that, the crew was very helpful.

I've been a Livingood Daily client for several years now. It started with Dr. Livingood's free book! We were in Florida on vacation, and I read it while at the pool! The information was life-changing for me! I ordered the Omega supplements, the blood pressure and cholesterol supplements to help address my inflammation, hypertension, and high cholesterol, and zoloft (depression/anxiety). Within a year I was able to go off the Zoloft, blood pressure prescription and cholesterol medication (with my PCP's approval)! Life changing for me!

I completely love the collagen powders and have tried all the flavors. I use fresh frozen strawberries in the strawberry flavored one and any fruits in the vanilla as well. They are smooth and mix very nicely, even with a tablespoon of chia seeds. Keeping the fruit frozen ensures you always have some to add. I really like the Moringa coffee too. I have Dr. Livingood’s supplements also, including the omegas and turmeric, magnesium , and moringa/ground coffee.

I have tried so many different diets and I always gained the weight back as soon as I quit the diet. I can truly say that Dr. Livingood, Founder of Livingood Daily, is a lifestyle change and after being with him for almost a year, I have kept my weight off and I feel really good! I love reading DLG books (very knowledgeable information) and he has great supplements to try! I take his supplements now and love his collagen with vitamins. I am also a really big fan of his Decaf coffee with Moringa (extremely good). His wife, Jessica, has incorporated many great recipes to try and they are really good. From her recipes, I have learned to take other recipes, change out bad ingredients, which makes it so much healthier for my family. Through his Lifestyle Challenges he has implemented a daily-10 minute workout and it was really nice to have three different levels of workouts. Once you try one of the challenges, you will be hooked into doing multiple challanges. Working with others on his facebook group is a great community and everyone is extremely friendly because we are all in it to live a healthier lifestyle. I will definitely stick with Dr. Livingood for the rest of my life!!!

Able to understand by body as a whole unit , if one thing is down it effects the rest of you body. Dr. Livingood explains what's going on to my body so I understand, without alot of big words.

I ordered the book on a special offer of "pay only for shipping." I received email that it was delivered Nov 29. Emailed the company Dec 2 and have been in an endless loop of a similar, AI-generated email asking me to check the delivery address, look around the property, check neighbors, etc. Four of these "helpful" emails. Each time I respond accordingly. I've never had a lost/stolen package since moving to this address 2-1/2 years ago. Today I asked for a refund. I'll likely ask my credit card company to reverse the charge.

I have been using Dr. Livingood's products and techniques for several months. I am feeling better now in my mid sixties than I have ever felt. Even though he doesn't recommend anyone to get off their medications, I did stop taking my thyroid medication. I don't take any medications at all, not even a Tylenol. I stopped taking everything seven months ago. My doctor admitted to me that I am very healthy and look good. My husband started using these methods and supplements to and lost over forty pounds. I am a much smaller person but also lost twenty two pounds. Joining Dr. Livingood and following his methods has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Seeing our results, my daughter is now starting to follow him.

We have been taking Omega3+Turmeric for more than 2 years and know it is quality and good for the heart, and joints. These are big concerns as we age, 60’s. We also take the Magnesium and Vitamin D+. I love the Collagen Multi Plus, collagen is good and this helps me with getting a bit more protein. I like the vanilla because i add fruit and ice for a smoothie!

I appreciate the timeliness and the thoroughness of responses to questions related to supplements and health in general. The amount of resources available to the members is outstanding and I value learning from Dr Livingood and Nurse Livingood. It’s also extremely helpful when your primary care physician will recognize the information provided by Dr. Livingood and it’s not dismissed especially when you’re trying to combine eastern and western medicine.
