The DRmare software runs perfectly. Quick note if you’re using a Mac: after installation, you may need to use the Terminal to bypass security restrictions at least, that was the case for me. Also make sure you put the correct email and password. The input fields are key sensitive. Questions or concerns you can contact them, they respond immediately, great customer service.

I have the lifetime license and it is definitely worth it over paying for spotify premium. I had a slight hiccup when I picked it up again after a few years of not using it, but once I updated it it worked flawlessly. Could not recommend enough.

After reinstalling Tidal DRmareTidikit freezes. I contacted the Support and get the answer: new Version to download, icl. Link. Great,all works now and speed is better than before

I contacted DRmare support as I was experiencing problems registering my software. I was given a few things to try but still no joy! I contacted them again and told them that it still wasn’t working and that on a registered programme that I had, I was getting a failure error on every track that I converted. In response, they sent me a detailed checklist and I went through this line by line and still couldn’t register my software. Then I signed out of Apple Music and everything was ok. The software was registered and all conversions were fine. Thank you to the team who were so helpful. It was really appreciated.

I upgraded to version 3 and had an issue with registering my lifetime license. I opened a support case and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Version 3 now allows me full conversion to 24bit 192kHz Flac files and does so at a blazing speed. Great software and support!

Pretends to be free software costs $15

After installing it, throwing all my files into it it brings up you can only download the first half of the audiobooks without paying $15, then when I went to uninstall it, it said oh no please don't go we will only charge you $7, borderline extortion, free alternatives exist.

Logiciel peu utilisé dans sa version 2 mais redécouvert avec bonheur dans sa version 3 beaucoup plus simple à utiliser et surtout beaucoup plus rapide en terme de conversion.
Service support à l'écoute et très réactif pour solutionner mon problème d'enregistrement et de mise à jour.

Great customer service and product! (Seriously)

You'd think for a company that is selling software like this, that they would have shady practices and not have a good support team.... It's the complete opposite. I've been using this product for a few months, and even though I've hit a few snags, their service team always reaches out within a day to help me. Seriously. The product also works great for converting and archiving my iTunes movies. Love it!

I am more than happy with my experience. I found the company support to be beyond expectation in fact it was one of the most pleasant reactions I had had from software suppliers since starting with computing. Please keep up the good work and supportive towards your customers it really does count personally.

Awesome, timely customer service! A great product

I have both, the video and audio conversion programs and, bar none, they are the easiest ways to get your iTunes media onto whatever platform you need to. They both work perfectly and are hassle-free. The other thing that puts DRware heads and shoulders above the rest is their exceptional customer service. I had a bit of an issue with the latest version of the audio program and, in under 24 hrs, it had been resolved.
