After replacing my computer the software license was not recognized. With one email exchange the problem was resolved quickly.

I format my Computer 4times since 3years ago when i bought this program.

in every time, they reset my regist record and i can still use this program now.

normaly like this case, if i need program like this one, the other company have to buy new one.

but DRmare support me during 3-4 years just 1 copy.

I have been using Tidal Music Converter for some time and it performs great! Easy to use and it does a really good job.

And they just upgraded to be compatible with the latest version of itunes, ALTHOUGH, they are still experiencing compatibility problems with HD movies releases after 2022.

The Spotify converter is amazing, it downloads smoothly and effectively. It does exactly what it's advertised to do. The real highlight is the customer service I've received, all my questions and hiccups in the process (no fault of the product) were answered quickly and with empathy and understanding of the situation, and they want to make sure that you are delighted with their product. I've been using DRmare Tidal Music convertor for a while now. I'd recently changed some of my PC components and then struggled to get the software back on and activated. I contacted the support team at DRmare and they were fantastic getting the software activated and working in no time at all. The software itself is a breeze to use, in fact I liked it so much that I purchased the lifetime licence. If you're looking for a great tool to allow you to listen to tracks when you're offline then this is the software for you.

I have been using the DRmare for Spotify for almost 5 years. It is great. Simple to use, fast with great download quality.
Recently upgraded my laptop, lost the registration code because I had changed email addresses. Within a few hours of contacting support, Mallin sent me my registration code, have instructions on how to register. I was back in business in no time. Now I can add Excellent customer service to my list of reasons for a 5 star rating.

DRmare is an awesome and relatively easy to use software I used to convert Apple's former .m4p (protected) file format to FLAC. You can use it to convert many types of files to many different formats. I could not play the m4p files in my car so needed to convert them so they would work anywhere. This was great, fast and the file produced was excellent

It does exactly what it says on the tin. Effortless and very easy to use. Great customer service too, if you need it. Now all we need is for someone to come up with a simple way to add your own CDs to the Spotify library and have it synced with all your devices and shareable with friends.

I had a handful of DMR protected albums I purchased from iTunes that nothing Apple suggested would convert to MP3 so I could copy them to my Android phone. I don't have very many uninterrupted moments to listen to music except when I am driving and my New Honda will play anything I have on my phone. DRmare absolutely did the trick and quickly converted those albums to MP3 and it did so perfectly. Great product.

To be honest I was reluctant to pay for the service. I did have to reach out to support - but it was my error I chose the wrong product. I chose the one for audiobooks instead of the one for music. They were great. Quickly resolved my issue. I honestly don't have a single complaint. 10 out of 10 I would definitely use these guys again.

I had a problem that I just could not figure out and decided I had to ask for help. I normally use software support as a last resort because I am almost always disappointed with the wait time, knowledge, attitued, etc of the support services. Drmare was great. They responded quickly and were very knowledgeable. Even when the problem turned out to be my own stupidity, they were very gracious.

The best thing about DRmare is their tech support. I ran into a couple of issues, and both were resolved within a day! This is highly unusual these days (unfortunately...). If you send them details of a problem, they come back with several things for you to try, rather than you having to go back and forth multiple times. And the software works extremely well in doing audio conversions.

DRmare converter software for Spotify works exceptionally well and has exceeded my expectations. The conversion process works flawlessly. The software's unique drag and drop interface is user-friendly and very easy to use. Had a minor issue during the installation process and DRmare's Technical Support assisted with resolving the problem immediately. They were easy to work with, totally professional, and deserving of praise.
