Ordered a Steamer but Dupray use UPS. UPS falsely claimed a delivery attempt and now cannot locate my parcel. DUPRAY customer services are uncontactable by phone from UK as you get cut off after short while , cannot leave your number as it only accepts 10 digits . DUPRAY customer services fails to responds to the web forms. Wish I read other Trustpilot reviews before placing my order!. Buyers beware!
Dupray One Plus, 1000.00 dollars lost out after mild use for 3 years
I bought a Dupray One Plus with added accessories for over one thousand dollars. In three years, I used it perhaps 15 times. While it worked, it was great. It was an expensive unit, and I bought it thinking it would last many years. It has died, and nothing I do works fixed it. I followed the suggestions I could "try" by customer service. The customer service as others have said are polite but, do nothing. I think these machines use cheap parts and charge a lot of money for their upper end units. They do NOT LAST. I cannot imagine if I had paid for a Tosca or higher than the unit I did pay for. They do not do repairs. Do not recommend this company after this at all. They should offer REPAIRS.

I have had this cleaner for under 2 years. It has stopped working and after following their advice is still not working, they want to charge £49.99 to replace any parts and will not offer a refund. I am so far very disappointed in this company and would rather now spend any further funds on another company.

While the actual employees are very cordial when you actually speak with them, the follow up is lacking. I honestly have never had a worse experience with a company with repairs. I am still going around and around with them! I would NEVER purchase another product from them. Buyer beware!!!!!!
Fantastic product, slow customer service
Unfortunately my Neat Plus steamer broke down less than a year after purchasing. It was hard to reach Dupray and their call-back feature is broken for calls from the UK (you'd think this is a more important market for them...), their email responses are slow. However, still giving 4 stars because the product is just phenomenal, I use it for so many tasks (steaming floors, steaming carpets, steaming sofa full of sticky toddler hands, cleaning windows and mirrors...), I'm obsessed. And also, they are sending me a replacement unit as my product was still under warranty (and my issue qualified). Thanks
Bought two neat steam cleaners that died
Bought a neat steam cleaner that died l two years later, a little after the warranty expired. Was more careful to use only distilled water on the second one. It’s been less than a year, I’ve used it maybe 12 times…and the cap that holds the steam pressure inside came completely unglued after I twisted off the cap. Customer service has been unresponsive.
Returning an item is impossible, communication is impossible
Every avenue that I have used to request the return of an unwanted order has been unsuccessful.
Return Instructions on the French Dupray website are to complete a return form which should be in the support section. This section does not exist.
The Dupray France website then directs clients to the Dupray Canadian website.
Telephoning either Dupray Canada or Dupray France results in a carousel of requests to stay on line, input your telephone number for a rapid response, rejection of telephone number input, request to stay on the line etc until the line is cut off. Three phone calls of five minutes on different days have resulted in the same cut off.
An email sent to Support at Dupray on April 17th 2026 requesting instructions on how to return the purchased items resulted in a file number being given and a promise to reply in a few days.
Ten days later nothing has happened.
A search for the words "Return Request" on the French website return the phrase "No Results Found ; Try another key word".
It is impossible to speak to someone, to email a returns department or complete a return request form.
The products may be wonderful (the ones I purchased are still unopened in the original packing boxes so I have no experience of them) however the return service does not exist.
Response from Dupray Canada or France is non existent.
Customer service is non existent.
For an apparently Quality Company this is completely unacceptable.
For the record I ordered a Dupray Nettoyeur Vapeur Neat direct from the French website of Dupray, along with one Awesome Bag on April 10th 2026. It arrived within six days - which is excellent service.
The next day my cleaning lady refused to use it and requested a different make. This has been ordered and received. The Dupray order is unopened in its original carton.
The Dupray file number given in response to my email is #402689
Poor customer service once they have your money
As other customers have reported, my cleaner developed a fault whereby when I turned it on it tripped the electric. I emailed customer support over two weeks ago and to date have only received two emails, one of which was sent to me in error and not related to my issue. I provided the information the second email requested ten days ago but have still not had any reply or update. I've tried emailing again and calling, leaving my number for a call back, but haven't received any further support. I'm essentially left £160 out of pocket and with no cleaner. Very poor service.
EDIT: I eventually heard back from Dupray ten days after posting this review and received a replacement unit around ten days after that so am changing this from the initial one star to three as the product is amazing but customer service woeful.

Nettoyeur vapeur acheté en 2025 : au bout de 10 mois , l’interrupteur « on » ne fonctionne plus ; garantie couverte et nouvel appareil ( Dupray one plus)moyennant les coûts d’expédition à plus de 100 euros ; au bout de deux mois, problème de pompe qui se résolve seule et un mois après , problème d’interrupteur « on » qui ne fonctionne plus. Very happy with their support
I had an issue with a broken extension piece for my steam cleaner and called to see if they could tell me how to fix it. I purchased it several years ago so was out of warranty. The support person was very helpful, and although it took a bit (they were dealing with a huge recall) they very kindly offered to send me a replacement piece!
I have been loving my Neat Steam…
I have been loving my Neat Steam cleaner. It's very easy to use and works well and fast. I mostly use it to clean my floors (without chemicals, yay!), and it does a great job on kitchen appliances (make sure you check which materials it's safe to use on). One of the clips to hold towels for floor cleaning broke on second use, but customer sevice has been helpful and responsive to solve this issue. Wod recommend this product and this company.

A reputable company worth giving your business to.
The steam cleaner is execellent. I purchased mine years ago, through amazon, and its been working flawlessly since. Dupray as a company has been very easy to work with.
Recently, there has been a recall on the machine I purchased. Dupray made is incredibly simple to get the part required to make my machine operable again.
I wise man once told me, a good company makes the sales process easy. A great company makes the after sales support spectacular. That has stuck with me ever since and I have to say Dupray is a spectacular company for making replacement parts so easily and readily available.
Dupray steam cleaners are of very poor…
Dupray steam cleaners are of very poor quality. The unit I purchased stopped heating water after just two weeks of normal use. If you are prepared to waste your money, you may consider buying one — but be aware that the actual lifespan could be as little as 2–3 weeks.
When I contacted customer support to request a warranty replacement, I received a response three days later politely suggesting that I should read the manual more carefully. No practical solution or meaningful assistance was provided.
I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the level of customer service.
Pleasantly suprised
I called customer service a few minutes before their closing hours and was greeted by Michel. He was patient and empathetic. He gave me a bunch of tips to solve my problem, which I wouldn't have found anywhere on YouTube or Reddit. He even offered a discount on a new machine if all else failed. Luckily, his tips worked, and I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you, Michel!

Great! As I had issues placing order and after. I will mention however Dupray did owe me a refund as they charged me twice and did not authorise a refund immediately or actually sort it out even though they acknowledged it and only sent 1 order out etc. Kept being told finance team will sort it but after no success I contacted bank and they reversed the charge with advance payback as I had the proof. Aside from that the sales person who I exchanged messages and later spoke to regarding the actual Neat Plus and my order was extremely helpful. Very pleased with the item although not fully used it to it’s full potential (the way I intend to use it) as I’m waiting for the colder days to pass so I can really get steaming EVERYTHING regularly!

I just had the most amazing customer service experience with this company. I reached out about a small issue with my Neat steamer, purchased through Amazon years ago and long out of warranty (I lost a wheel, and my cat probably found it first).
