I own a Dupray Neat. It performs as advertised. Gets hotter and produces more steam than the typical cheap handheld steamers. Heats up as fast as can be expected on 110v AC. A full tank lasts quite a while. Have had no issues with cleaning performance.

Dupray’s neat plus steam cleaner effectively cleans tile showers and grout lines without toxic chemicals. However, beware of the company’s claims of “first-rate customer service” and “unbeatable warranty”. An essential rubber washer broke after ~10 uses, <6 months after it was purchased. When I reached out to the company, they said this was “normal wear and tear” and therefore not covered. The replacement part, which probably cost pennies to produce, cost $10, plus $10 for shipping, and are only available through the company’s website. This experience is inconsistent with the company’s claims of great customer care and protections, and is disappointing given the cost of the unit.

I also recommend caution when reading other customers’ product reviews since the company offered to send me the part free of charge in exchange for a favorable review. My integrity and opinion are worth more than that.

Dupray is such a great company. They helped me pick out a steam cleaner (the Neat model) that I could use with hand arthritis. I needed to have a trigger that could be locked in the on position and the Neat has one. The cleaner is fabulous. My floors gleam after using the mop attachment. Customer Service is top notch and they stand behind their products.

Sadly, my Neat Steam Cleaner went wrong after 18 months. I emailed Dupray for assistance and after following some troubleshooting steps, we agreed that the machine had failed.

Lorna and Maria at Dupray customer services have been fabulous and arranged for the free return of the old unit and a replacement to be sent to me.

I am unable to fault the customer support and it is a reflection of the quality of an excellent company.

After owning other steam cleaners that didn't last long, I was looking for a better steam cleaner and found Dupray, and I loved that they answered the phone promptly, and it was easy to order from them. The Dupray steam cleaner is easy to use and has a large water tank, so it will clean for a long time. Their customer support is fantastic! Their customer support is easy to contact and solves any issues I've had. Highly recommend the Dupray Steam Cleaner!

Bonjour, je connais la compagnie DUPRAY depuis 2016.Et je peux vous confirmer que leurs produits sont d'excellente qualité et que leur service client est tout simplement exceptionnel. En novembre 2024 j'ai acheté un appareil NEAT PLUS qui est très performant et suite à un bris en février 2025 , après avoir suivi la procédure ils m'ont envoyé un appareil neuf. et suite à un autre bris avec mon nouvel appareil ( nous sommes en novembre 2025) ils ont accepté de m'envoyer un autre appareil NEAT PLUS. Ce qui veut dire qu'en novembre 2024 j'ai acheté mon premier NEAT PLUS et en l'espace d'un peu plus de 1 an ils m'ont envoyé 2 NEAT PLUS GRATUITEMENT TOUT FRAIS DE TRANSPORT ET LIVRAISON PAYÉ. Je suis un fan fini de DUPRAY et je recommande fortement cette compagnie si vous recherchez des produits d'une qualité exceptionnelle et un service client 5 étoiles.

I can’t say enough good things about my Dupray steam cleaner! It has completely changed how I clean our home — especially with kids and wanting to keep things as nontoxic as possible. No harsh chemicals, just pure steam power that leaves everything sparkling clean and sanitized.

I’ve used it on everything — floors, baseboards, bathrooms, toys, and even my couch — and it gets deep grime I didn’t even know was there. It heats up quickly, the attachments make it super versatile, and it’s oddly satisfying watching the dirt melt away.

Maria was pleasant and helpful. This is how customer service should be! The element failed and the steam cleaner tripped the breaker. Not an easy thing to change, although just out of warranty, Maria arranged for replacement of the faulty item for a reasonable handling charge. I was ready to take it to the tip but now I’ve cleaned the lounge carpet, bathroom, kitchen and hall floors. Hopefully this one will last longer than two years! Thanks Maria,

I recently purchased the Neat Steam Cleaner given all the positive reviews online and it has exceeded my expectations. Its versatility and mobility make Sunday cleaning a hassle-free process. I can’t imagine cleaning my household any other way.

I just used my Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner for the first time this past weekend & WOW do I love this thing. I mainly wanted it because my car seats desperately need to be cleaned (which I’m trying out this weekend) but I decided to deep clean my kitchen with it! It immediately made grime spots around my stove burners disappear completely in minutes! I do wish there was a way to wrap the long cleaning tube, but it’s not the biggest headache to deal with. I’m so excited to keep using this! IM OBSESSED!

Just received the dupray steamer cleaner and am happy so far with my purchase. It's easy to carry around with the handle, it has lifted up all the stains on my hardwood floors that I normally would have to get down on my hands and knees to clean, it also lifted out a decent amount from my couch cushions that I am unable to take off to clean via the washing machine. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to enhance their cleaning routine. I was also impressed with their customer service, raymond in particular who was very helpful with my inquiries.

I love my dupray neat steamer. I have been using it for a year and have eliminated all cleaning products. Recently my lance was overheating- I contacted customer support and Raymond was so quick to help me solve the issue. It was a missing o-ring. Such an easy fix. I recommend this product to everyone (at least three others have bought one because I talk about it so much!). It is great when customer service matches an amazing product!

It packed up after a few uses. The element may be at fault but it is impossible to get a new element. This means all including unused fittings will go to recycle. They seem to have unauthorized companies selling their product therefore they have no responsibility under warranty.

3 ans et 3 mois et il ne marche plus et pourtant pas beaucoup d'utilisation ! Nettoyeur hors de prix en comparaison avec un Polti que j'ai conservé plus de 20 ans sans aucun problèmes.

Très déçue de l'achat du One Plus. Nous l'avons acquis en Avril 2024 et au bout de 10 mois, l'appareil dysfonctionne et ne génère plus de vapeur. Les échanges avec le service client sont restés infructueux, malgré les vidéos explicites où nous démontrons que l'appareil branché ne génère plus aucune vapeur malgré les actions d'entretien, malgré le fait que le One Plus fait un bruit monstrueux et que la jauge ne bouge plus, le SAV nous demande de gérer nous-même les protocoles de remplacement des pièces soit-disant défectueuses comme le tuyau sans même procéder à un diagnostic sérieux au lieu de nous proposer de renvoyer l'appareil pour réparation ou remplacement. Nous n'avons d'autres choix que d'assigner en justice par principe DUPRAY pour refus d'activer la garantie.
Nous ne manquerons pas de publier les vidéos explicites et les réponses lunaires reçues.
