Delivery of my trainers was super quick,and everything was spot on

The dress was lovely but I had my concerns that it was a returned item as there was no ribbon through the dress which is usually put through by AX Paris so you cannot wear it and send it back .
The postal service was awful too as it needs a signature unless you go online to change it so it can be put through your letter box!!!!

I have worn monochrome converse all star hightops for many years, countless pairs in white. I don’t wear a lot of black and always wished to buy navy leather converse. Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with, im 3 days waiting to get a respone after contacting both through email and social media because they do not provide a phone number or live chat option, I received a dirty pair of worn runners with visible stains and even stones stuck to the sole of the runners. Genuinely a disgrace in this day and age having so much hassle to even get a respone from a company.

Worked in the Kilkenny store and had such a great experience. Very good team and everybody makes an effort to include and support one another. Manager there is lovely and very helpful and always tries to help the staff and customers out as much as she can. Very positive working environment and a lovely place to work.

Great experience! Dealt with a young blonde haired in Dv8 in the marshes. She was so well mannered, and very helpful, was struggling to find my son a birthday present. Didn’t catch her name, but credit to her and the store.

I am a regular overseas customer of dv8 and unfortunately Dv8 has now stopped giving any discount for any of their clothes o my to Australian customers . How unfair is that customers from a particular country are treated completely differently from others? I spoke to someone from the customer service a couple of weeks ago when they were still giving 10% sale codes to all were half priced. Now sadly that also is changed . Next , monsoon Riverisland are all treating their overseas r consumers equally . This is very disappointing. I hope you review your policy. Please consider charging extra on delivery.
