Completely wrong size & label
I ordered an xs fleece but received an xl instead with the newly attached label still saying ‘xs’ when it clearly is not. The original fleece even says it’s an xl. How can you get that so wrong!
I have sent for an exchange so I’m hoping they will actually check the label this time. One job!:)

I'm sorry that the fleece that you have received is labelled incorrectly.
These fleeces in fact come in from the manufacturer already labelled, so it would appear that this error has happened before the stock had even reached us.
In an effort to ensure that you receive the product in it's original packaging, we do not tend to open the product out to check that the manufacturers sticker matches the garment label, particularly when this issue is extremely rare.
We do very much share your frustration that this has happened, but I hope you understand that this was somewhat beyond our control.
We will of course correct this for you when we receive your return.

What is with the staff and their…
What is with the staff and their attitude? Bought €300 worth of clothes in their Roscommon store and not one word from them or a thanks. I was in a bit of a rush and did not try on two of the items which I had to return and maybe exchange for different size, brought back to the Galway store as that's where I was that day and again attitude from the staff asking why am I returning. I was going to buy some more clothes after I returned but no way after their stink attitude. Get better staff.

Staff in the Killarney store were…
Staff in the Killarney store were terribly rude, my daughter and I were followed around the shop the entire time. An older blonde woman kept following us and would whisper to other staff while looking in our direction. Safe to say I will never return to a dv8 store after experiencing this, this is not the way you should treat any customers especially paying customers. When speaking to friends about this experience they said they have experienced the same in this store, I wasn’t even going to write a review initially as this happened weeks ago but upon hearing their similar experiences I just had to. Be kind do better

To all the girls that were working in…
To all the girls that were working in the Kilkenny DV8 store on Monday 13 August. They were so helpful towards me and my friend. I had an eye on a dress for along time but it was sold out. The girls did everything in their power to help me out and even went as far as ordering some in for me. These girls were absolutely great to us and we had a laugh with them. Me and my friend will definitely be returning, brilliant customer service

Valuing customers
A regretful and uncomfortable experience today in Dv8 store Bangor,N Ireland.My daughter in law was returning a sale item which she bought last Friday as it eas a bit tight.She had tried to get a refund or exchange on Sunday,but the girl told her there was a slight mark underarm. And she would have to see manager.This was a 10£ item picked out of racks of tops beside a changing room.The tab was attached,the item looked fine and she had her receipt.My daughter in law is from the Philippines and does not need make up or false tan to enhance her skin.HOWEVER we went to see the manager today.A stoneyfaced young woman and another came down,and stood behind counter.They did not say "hello" or "can I help you",just simply stood there till my daughter in law asked again ,to even exchange item for larger size. The answer was no,even though the manager said she was not saying she made the mark.You could hardly see anything and it was not pointed out when she purchased it.These people were defensive and unfriendly,and would not do anything.I intervened at this stage,and told them I had never heard anything like it.They were sullen with a blocked attitude,I do not know what the problem was.I work in retail myself and hope I treat everyone with a smile and respect.I would suggest to your customers to inspect sale items before leaving shop.Not nice and not needed in any bodies day.This was at Bloomfield Shopping Centre.
Have received a courteous reply from Dv8 customer care team,matter is resolved and my daughter in law can get refund. Many thanks. AThanks Trustpilot.

Brilliant Place to shop
I made an order the other day for a pair of Vans Comfy Cush trainers that were half price. Received a confirmation email pretty much straight away, and a dispatch email later that day. Trainers arrived the next day and I love them. Fantastic service and great price. Will be back soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in Dv8 in the portadown store today and Lara was great help .excellent manners ,great at her job .she helped me decide which outfits was lovely when I tried them on ..first time meeting Lara and first experience was 5stars 🌟 ...the way the store was layed out nice and tidy I will be back

What a bad experience with these…
What a bad experience with these arrogant people . I end up losing £14 for nothing . they had their item back and i paid for delivery and return . the discounted items they display are not correct and from the manufacture there is a problem with sizes and that is why this dv8 dodgy people discount the item .
DO NOT TRUST THESE COWBOYS .
THAT IS WHY DV8 DO NOT HAVE GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE SO CUSTOMERS CANNOT LEAVE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE .

We do clearly state on our website that we do not provide either Free Outward Shipping, or Free Postal Returns (we do however, accept free In-Store Returns).
We have made every effort to ensure that this information is both understandable and easily accessible on our website and on reviewing this we are confident that it is.
We do of course cover the cost of Return Shipping if an item is defective, but in this case your item was both sized correctly, and exactly as described.

So disappointed with the service recd in the Dundee store, time waited to buy a pair of trainers, it was not busy, I am still in town and contemplating returning the purchase, ruined the buying experience

The DV8 site was brought to my attention via a Google search. They sell products from a few brands that I like. I have come across the site a few times but never placed an order until April 2024. I was hesitant to purchase based on the lack of recent reviews and mixed experiences of existing reviews. However, my experience shopping here was fantastic. My order was placed on a weekend, dispatched on a Monday and delivered on Tuesday. The item was as pictured (colour, fit, length etc) and so no need to return. I would recommend that others give this site a chance. To the DV8 team - thanks for your efficient customer service.

You had ordered a pair of trainers from us.
When carrying out a quality inspection before dispatching them we had noticed an issue with the trainers.
We had attempted to contact you by email and also by phone at the time, to try to offer you a solution to this but we received no reply.
We then provided you with a full refund and a further email with an explanation.
Whilst we are very sorry that there was an issue with the trainers (a manufacturing defect beyond our control), we hope that you can see that we were vigilant in identifying this, and attentive in trying to reach out to you a number of times to resolve.
We are sorry that you are disappointed, but we hope that you can appreciate that this was somewhat beyond our control.

I read the other reviews and was a bit worried about ordering, but they were brilliant! Not only was customer service very good but I got the best price and super speedy delivery, and seeing as I live in Cornwall that's even more impressive. 100% recommend 👌

Great value for money and super fast delivery
Wasn’t sure whether to order after seeing trustpilot reviews (I hadn’t heard of the brand prior to a Google search) but £29.99 for the vans I wanted was too tempting. They arrived next day and they’re perfect - genuinely couldn’t fault the service and great value for money! Highly recommended!
