To use anyone but DWG Appliance Repair, is just foolish. Access to all the needed parts, quick response times, expert knowledge and most importantly; customer service which is second to none. The issue I experienced with my less than 2 year old oven, directly before Thanksgiving was treated as if it was an issue they were having at their own residence. I had originally contacted my appliance sales representative, where I purchased the oven and to which I have done countless transactions with, for all types of appliances as well as provided many clients to. And that sales representative simply informed me, that no warranty was in place and that I should call their repair department, so someone could be out, in a week or so, for $200, just to simply look at it and then charge more to initiate any type of repair. Needless to say, I wasn't doing that nor will I be purchasing anything further from them. Instead I contacted DWG Appliance Repair and the issue was addressed promptly and with precision. I wouldn't use anyone else, ever again. And neither should you.

Replaced our Inlet Valve on our 7 year old Maytag Dishwasher this appt. Last appt fixed our 12 year old Dryer we love .

I called and got a person which was wonderful. I told him my problem with my refrigerator and he could come the next morning. He called to say he was on his way the next morning fixed my refrigerator was polite and the whole experience was professional.

We had an exceptional experience with DWG. As new homeowners, we’re tackling little projects, one at a time, and a recent one was figuring out why the icemaker wasn’t working in our freezer (since we moved in). We had another company come by, they did not check that water was coming into the freezer, and assumed it was an Issue with pipes, tore down insulation and quoted us $1500. DWG came the following week, did a proper full diagnostic review, realized it was an issue with an icemaker part not being fully connected, and fixed on the spot!

DWG will no doubt be our go-to for appliance repairs moving forward!

I called this company because my clothes dryer was screeching when it began it's cycle. I was given a quote when I called and they were here in a matter of a couple of hours. They were very professional, friendly and reasonable. I would say they were beyond excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to call in the future for any appliance repairs.
