The help centre was incredibly fast in responding to my request for an engineer. Not only the staff member I dealt with at first but also the engineer who called were extremely kind and eager to help.

Fast reliable service. Employee that attended my property communicated his time and was very tidy. Job completed very satisfactory, highly recommend.

Our tumble dryer stopped drying. I emailed Indesit immediately. Monday morning I got a call and by mid afternoon the problem was fixed. Fast efficient service throughout.

Very quick turn around from reporting of issue to repair by technician when he called to our house. The technician was also very nice to deal with.

The element in our oven stopped working and despite the fact that it was out of warranty, the staff at Soundstore in Tralee arranged for the Indesit service man to come and replace the element for us gratis. I was overwhelmed and delighted with such excellent customer service, professionalism, punctuality, and quality of the repair. Cannot recommend enough.

Once details of problem were submitted etc., the follow up was excellent ending with a speedy and competent repair man

Rang the number on the dryer not expecting too much as based in ireland and it was a uk number. Also have the dryer 6 years so warranty would be expired. Customer service arranged engineer to come out and repair was done at no cost. Amazing customer service. Will definitely buy Beko/Indesit again

Technician was excellent, but I did not receive expected text or email for time of arrival which could have caused problems.2

I have had 2 indesit dryers, first one nearly caught fire, only bought second because they gave discount after they couldn’t repair the first one. Second one although worth €600 has given trouble from the beginning. I wouldn’t recommend or buy this brand again
