First class experience from Dyfed…

First class experience from Dyfed Telecom, made easier because of the people that work for them. Brendon and Malice were great from start to finish. Brendon knows his stuff and immediately knew what was required, and was excellent from start to finish, Will highly recommend Dyfed Telecom and the people that work for them.

Good advice on rural broadband.

Good advice on rural broadband.
A gentleman called Jack called me and offered to test my broadband connectivity. I am currently under contract with another company, however he gave me some very helpful advice and I will consider Dyfed telecom as soon as my contract expires.

Great company to deal with

Great service and communication from Steven who recently sorted my partner with a new phone deal. Very friendly and professional from the start. Delivery driver was also fab and helped with set up.
Will be in contact again for myself.
Would recommend

Absolute pleasure!

Great company, great employees! Recently had the pleasure of dealing with a very pleasant young man, Daniel Parry. Very thorough and friendly when arrived at the property to sort our fibre out, and took me through everything in great detail, a pleasure to do business with!! Would highly recommend and very happy with the service.

Recently had broadband installed by…

Recently had broadband installed by Dyfed Telecom due to extremely poor internet speeds with BT which made working with anything internet related very difficult. From the beginning Brendon was very helpful and guided us through the procedure, making the transition a smooth one. Rhys the engineer was brilliant and got everything running quickly despite our complicated set up. Melicia was also very helpful on the phone, a great team to deal with!

Would recommend Dyfed Telecom to anyone looking to increase their broadband speeds, just wish we'd done it sooner!

Highly recommended!!

Firstly , would like to say how great Brendan was at every step of the process in installing my satellite Internet. Its amazing! Went from 1gig download to 34gig plus!! From querying on how much it would cost to how long it would take to install, was always at the end of the phone ready to help 😀 especially when sorting out the grant paperwork 😁 and also big thanks to Melica on sorting all the paperwork side , Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone looking for faster Internet!

Excellent Service

Great customer service from James and team. Nothing was too much trouble, communication highest level before, during and after service completed.
Totally different experience than previously with EE, and massive difference seen in my internet speeds since fitting of boosters with happy grandchildren.
Will recommend to all, thanks James

This company does not have any customer…

This company does not have any customer service. They don't answer your calls or return them. We have been without Internet on about 10 occasions in the last week & it's still not resolved. You can get an ee contract for £22 a month, we pay £55 so the extra is obviously for the non existent after care. My husband is housebound & relies on the Internet to keep him occupied which is why we have paid the extra. The office manager even implied that we had not left any messages. Extremely poor service.

I cannot find an option to respond to Dyfed Telecom so will have to update my review.
I did apologise to the office manager because my husband, who is very ill in bed, had forgotten to tell me he had spoken to her. However that doesn't change the fact that no-one from Dyfed Telecom has returned any of MY calls. Why would I make that up? Every time I leave a message I give my name & telephone number, & my number is not withheld. Maybe you should check your automated voicemail options to see where my messages are going?
Yes, I did leave messages on your Facebook page because I was so exasperated with the lack of response from Dyfed Telecom. It did the job though because my husband then received a call from the office manager.
The only person to recommend boosters was one of your engineers & I ordered the EXACT model he suggested but bought them from Amazon rather than Dyfed Telecom because they were MUCH cheaper.
I don't see how I am defaming you by highlighting my experience with your company? My messages were not hateful on Facebook they merely portrayed my frustration.
I'm not sure where you get your information from but I do not know any of your engineers personally, I've never met any of them before.
And please don't tell me we had a "free" callout when we pay £33 a month more for your service than we would if we went to EE directly!
I assume you're calling me a liar when you say there is absolutely no way your staff wouldn't answer the phone or not call people back, why on earth would I make this up?! This has been MY experience and my review is based on MY experience. I can see that 3/4 other reviewers complained about exactly the same issues as me. I have nothing to gain by leaving a negative review, I just feel so frustrated that my calls are not returned.

Dear Gwyneth. Firstly, we pride ourselves on customer service and aftercare. Along with my staff, the customers (and our reputation) are the most important thing to me. You can see that from the other reviews from customers and the thousands of customers who have used us for a range of services in the past 12 years.

You talk about poor communication, yet you were happy to spam all our recent company Facebook posts with a barrage of copy and paste hateful messages. When I saw these messages, I had no option but to ban you. I immediately looked into this and got my office manager to call you. You then realised that my office manager had spoke to your husband in the morning and arranged a free callout and it was him who failed to communicate this with you. I employ a lot of office staff and I can assure you there are no issues answering the phone. Any calls missed because they are on a call are promptly called back. I can only assume that you have called off a withheld number and not left a voicemail. How would we know to call you back otherwise?

My office manger also informed me that we recommended WIFI boosters for your home, and you chose to buy a cheaper alternative elsewhere (which has caused you constant issues). I am also lead to believe that you know one of our engineers personally? Is this correct? This makes the way you are dealing with us all the more bizzare.

So, I already have one example of you trying to damage our reputation when you then realised it was not our fault and you apologised to my office manager. Now it seems we are going around in circles again. I don't feel you have followed the best course of action to try and get this issue resolved.

Trying to defame me and send us abuse on every online platform isn't going to get this resolved any quicker. I suggest you either call us first thing tomorrow morning or call into our office and sit down and have a chat with me.

There is absolutely no way on earth my office staff don't answer calls or call people back.

Fantastic customer service and great sales team

I have to say the process from start to finish was great. Dan P came out and was great, explained everything and was able to give me a range of options. I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy any of their products and his expertise in the area was fantastic. Thanks again and I would highly recommend.

Well what can I say, Dan Parry is an absolute asset to your company. Polite, Friendly and always kept my best interests at heart as a customer. I can’t recommend Dyfed Telecom enough - brilliant service

Great experience

Dan Parry was really helpful, not your typical pushy sales person. He understood what we needed and communicated well. Its such a relief to now have great internet! Would highly recommend.
