I never received my order. The order was placed in October. No communication. I inquired about my order and received an automatic response. Now the order says it has shipped, but there is no tracking.

Still have not received the product. It took an email inquiry to find out that it’s delayed.

I can’t find any help on return the sleep gummies i purchased. I emailed multiple addresses, used chat and called number found. No response

I ordered a drink package and it’s now November and I ordered it in September so am I being unreasonable. Would never buy again.

Probably the worst transaction I've ever had on the Internet. Two weeks went by without any indication that the order was been shipped; it just kept saying processing. When I reached out to them via chat and email, it took a few days to answer, and they just said that they were having problems getting it from their supplier. That's hilarious as I ordered it from the supplier and had NO issues. I asked for a refund over a week ago and still do't have it. Ratings for them on the internet show a lot of people not getting their product or their money back. Buyer beware - do not do business with them; they'll send you a "warm welcome" from their CEO, which is just plain BS.

I was not informed the product I purchased was out of stock until I asked why I hadn't received it, more than a week later.

This never came and I am waiting for a refund.

Terrible communication - one reply to bot - that's it. I've asked for a refund. If supply is out/low - then don't sell stuff to people! It's been two weeks since I've ordered and all I have is a bot reply and a BS automatic email from the found about how glad they are that I'm a customer. Fighting this- I'm not going to be out $120!

I had to cancel an order due to non receipt of the products after waiting for over a month. I sent several emails and called a couple of times. No one answers your phones and calls are not returned. Very poor customer service.

Never received my order since September 26, 2025 and when I try to contact them no one respond my messages or emails. I think this company is a scam. I lost $60 worth of my order.
