I haven’t gotten my order yet! It’s been 21 days

Great company to work with. Timely shipping and respond to any inquiries quickly.

I tried several times to get a tracking number or a shipping date. The third time I got a response saying supply issues and my order was still in processing. 4 weeks later no product and cant get them to refund my $212.98. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card.

I received the product I ordered and the price was reasonable. Processing my order was slow so I removed one star

I really wanted to love this company, I find it very difficult to buy quality CBD drinks throughout my town. I have ordered from this company a couple times & the last order a couple weeks ago was extremely disappointing. The package arrived with three crushed cans and spillage inside. I emailed the company twice and messaged them on Instagram with pictures, I have had no response from them. The ability to reach customer service and their response is awful. Do not recommend, unfortunately .

The product was melted and not the same quality of the same product at my local dispensary here in Colorado

The communications is terrible. I have emailed several times to get a tracking number for my order. The only response I got was inventory problems. I still have not received an order or a refund.

I recently attempted to purchase Bontana Oil Butter from RA Cosmetics through your platform. Despite the absence of a shipping notification, I proactively contacted your company to inquire about the order status. I was informed of a delay, and upon requesting further details, I received no additional communication.

Subsequently, after observing that RA Cosmetics had discontinued the product, I placed an order through your website, assuming the product was available. However, rather than proactively refunding my purchase due to the item's unavailability, I was compelled to request a refund, which was then confirmed via email.

While I initially hoped to cultivate a positive business relationship, the handling of this transaction has proven unsatisfactory. Consequently, I will be discontinuing future business with your company.

They charged my credit card knowing full well they could not fulfill the order. After stalling as long as they could they may have shipped the order, at least a month after the fact and only after I asked for a refund. Will not be ordering again.

I cannot rate the product as I did not receive my order

I purchased a CBD Product 9/3/2025 from Dynamic Pure. It’s arrived at my house 9/16/2025. I immediately opened the package to find the gummies had melted and no longer in there true form. I emailed Dynamic Pure 2 times and mailed them back the gummies asking them to do what is right and refund me my money or mail me back a replacement. Today is 10/3/2025. I still have not heard from them. However, I did reach out to the company that makes the product and they are going to send me a new CBD shipment free of charge.
Had I read the reviews of Dynamic Pure before purchasing the CBD gummies I would have never waisted my time with Dynamic Pure.

Took a very long time to arrive, seemed like it took a least a week from the time it was ordered to the time it was shipped.
A lot of the cans arrived dented.
Also too many emails about the status.
The product is a great idea and taste very good however !
