Awesome website and great support and they have a great range of flavours and brands!

Highly recommend using this company - and if you're like me who vapes a lot, order in bulk you get free delivery on oders over £30!!

I have had enough.

I have had my fair share of problems with this company, but the latest one i cannot ignore. I ordered and paid for a replacement from them via DHL for an order that is missing in mail at the moment and the they promised me to get this (paid) replacement at the start of the week, so instead of buying from someone else, i trusted them. Big mistake. They sure put it in DHL, but they sent it via LAND. So the package has been on its way for over a week via supposed "DHL Express" courier service that is supposed to deliver in 2 days! That is slower than your cheapest airmail (when it works). So instead of getting my e-liquid in a few days, i will have to wait for over a week for it to arrive (remember this is my second / replacement order) AND on top of that, the customer service at DHL said that the land / sea transporting might be delayed. So it might be way over a week then! If E-Liquids UK would have told me that they would send it via LAND and SEA trough DHL. I would had never accepted this if i would have known that it would take at least a week to arrive. Now since i have 2 missing orders from them that won't be arriving anytime soon, i will be forced to go back to smoking cigarettes This company promises you one thing and does completely another. This company has very poor customer service that never answers your contact messages via e-mail and their phone goes off to answering machine (so to speak) instead of actually answering the phone and even when they do answer, they give excuses instead of real answers. I have had enough with this company and i do not recommend it to anyone else. It is clear that they realized that i am a LGBT Trans person and they do not like such people as me. They claim "verbal abuse", is because i said A SINGLE "F" word once in the heat of the moment in a phone call with a single worker that was just the secretary and i immediately apologized to her (because she was the least responsible), but they have never apologized for their complete disregard of their paying customers and not working complaints section on their site their lies and manipulations. They just act that everything they do is perfect and beyond criticism.They take any complaints or criticism as personal attacks. Instead of even attempting at listening to customers and having some diplomacy, they just ignore you, since you have paid already and they have milked you dry. This is not a way to run a small business based on shady practices that do not understand the word apology and cannot admit anything wrong doing on their own part. Just excuses and deflections that have nothing to do with reality. This firm peddles unfulfilled orders, its your own money if you want to waste your time in fighting them when they do not respond to your messages. Even in their own site when you want to post a complaint, you will most likely NEVER get an answer from this company, then they become hostile if you contact them directly. These guys should not be in this business, period.

Why have you revisited to update a review from nearly 2 years ago...

For the record and to put some clarity to this absurd review you were banned from our website and services because you continued to verbally abuse our female members of staff down the phone on multiple occasions which made them feel incredibly uncomfortable. All because DHL was late in deliverinng your parcels yet you continued to order from us month afer month.

We have no interest in your LGBTQ status. We are here to service customers with Vape Products and do not discriminate in any way.

Awful customer service, as long as they have your money....

I amended my delivery address on the order form online. The confirmation if my order showed the delivery address reverted back to default. Tried to call for 2 days and left voicemails but no answer. Finally got through and got told the package had already been sent and delivered. Their delivery service states it was delivered at 10 45am to a pub address, however the pub doesn't open until 11am. Ignoring my emails, no offer to help locate, replace or refund the items. Disgusting

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused here, your emails have not been ignored and we are working with Royal Mail directly as we speak to find out what has happened.

You do have an open support ticket with myself and I will update you as soon as I have more information. We value all our customers and would never refuse a refund or replacement however we have internal processes to follow before instantly refunding or replacing orders which are marked as delivered.

email to find out

ordered 5 liquids on a sunday wanting them to turn up on the tuesday and i had to send a email asking where there they are and got told there waas a stock problem, if thats the case why sell them as in stock
