Poor full not in stock due to damage…
Poor, full order not in stock due to damage but instead of seeing if I wanted to change said multiple order they sent a partial out with no explanation till emailing them on receiving a part order.
EDIT WITH REGARDS TO REPLY
No the order wasn't completed 2 days after at all as your stock hadn't arrived (emails to price such). Bang on a week after it actually arrived. At least have the full facts and be honest that your stock levels aren't monitored real time. Also give realistic times when you take a said order and put it on back order as to when it will arrive and don't quote people happy...

Good Afternoon Mark,
After reviewing your support tickets I can see some issues were faced. It looks as if one 50ml bottle from your order was not dispatched simply because our team are instructed not to send out damaged / leaky bottles and products.
Instead a replacement bottle was sourced and a the rest of your order dispatched in order to not leave you without any products at all. The remaining 50ml bottle was received by yourself 2 days after the initial order dispatch.
We are only human and do our best to offer our customers high quality products and a service which I personally feel we have done here.
Edit: We have over 6500 active SKU's as of Nov 2019 across 300+ brands, yes they are monitored at all times. We sell via many platforms. All stock is synced in real time between all platforms and our 2 warehouses, these automated processes unfortunately do have times where stock issues like this occur.

I ordered a product
I ordered a product, never got it and asked them for the reason, they tomd me sorry we dont have ths product and we apologise that we didnt tell you earlier, and we will give you yoyr money back. My money never came back to my card and its si obvious that this site is a scam 100%. Never buy from this scammers again. I already pressed charges on them and waiting for the pokice and the law to go active! You are simply pathetic!

Great service, but careless courier...
I was looking forward to trying some different flavours, and the order was processed promptly despite being made on a Sunday, so happy on both scores there.
I was however, quite disgruntled upon opening the package and discovering one bottle had clearly took some shaking about during transit of delivery. As I unscrewed the cap, my hands were immediately drenched in juice. The nozzle was loose and the juice had been leaking out all over the bottle. After some cleaning up and ensuring the nozzle was firmly fixed, I was able to see the juice loss was minimal, but I was still annoyed by how the package had been handled.
I’ll consider ordering again, but one more mishap like that and I shall refrain in future.

Took my money and never got a product. its a scam dont even think buying from here. They jsut said to me the order is canceled took the money and never answered in any social media. ill just report this to the authorities they know exactly what to do with these scamers!

Looking into your order we were unable to fulfil your order for the Vapetasia Snap Back. We have initiated a full refund to your payment method, however this may take a few days to clear with your bank.
We do not monitor our social media platforms messages and when leaving us a message you would have received an automated message asking you to email support@e-liquids.uk to get a faster response. Checking this I can see that you have not emailed us.
I assure you we are not a scam site and I think our TrustPilot profile clearly shows that. We are a company who collect all types of reviews and do our best to offer great customer service and a wide range of vaping products.
