The product is really great and…Great product and customer service to match
The product is really great and everyone at Earle’s have been amazing in terms of offering advice in relation to these specialist products. Delivery of paint resulted in tin being damaged and team were really responsive when informed. We spoke to a number of specialist paint suppliers before purchasing paint and Earle’s were most helpful. Great decision to use them and we won’t go anywhere else in the future.

What I love about this product is that…
What I love about this product is that it is free of any additives, unlike the solvents and metals that you find in most hardware stores boiled linseed oil. Last thing I want is metals and solvents leaching from wood into my soil. Well done Earles Paint for producing such a good product.
Question: is the linseed you use organic. If not, why not?

Really impressed with the quality and coverage of my chalk paint. The order did take longer than I expected to arrive, almost 2 weeks but when I called I spoke to a very helpful guy who explained there had been a problem and the paint arrived a few days later. The coverage was much better than I expected leaving me plenty to use around the rest of the house!

Hi Sarah,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts on our Claypaint! We’re absolutely thrilled that you’re so impressed with the quality and how well it covers. All our clay paint is made by hand to order, and we only use natural, inorganic earth-based pigments. These pigments give our paints a much richer colour than the acrylic tinters found in mass-produced products.
Many Thanks

Masonry paint - Easy to apply, but allow time for colour to develop
I’m new to this paint, so the full curing time hasn’t passed yet. However, from what I’ve seen so far, it’s easy to mix and goes on smoothly. If you’re using it indoors, it is a messy job, so waterproof floor coverings are definitely recommended.
At first, the colour is quite difficult to judge, as it changes over time and builds with additional coats. I purchased Super White and could clearly see the colour developing as the paint dried.
So far, I’m pleased with how it applies and how the finish is forming.

Hi Lisa. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback on our masonry paint. Your right, the paint does take time for the colour to develop. Our mineral-based paint works in a completely different way to an acrylic-based paint, and a bit of patience is required to allow the paint to cure.
Many Thanks

Smells terrible and gives cracked appearance
I made sure I used the claypaint within the 3 month date window - but it absolutely stank. Like a farmyard. My hallway absolutely reeks and the smell just won't go. The paint dried with a kind of cracked appearance and flaked off in places. Awful, and had caused a horrendous amount of extra work to try to put right. Avoid due to the heinous smell.

Hi Nick.
Thanks for your feedback, we always like to hear back from our customers on their experience in using our company.
Unfortunately on this occasion, we have all been let down by Royal Mail. Your order was received on the 2nd of December we packed and dispatched from our warehouse on a 48hr tracked delivery on the the same day.
I just checked your tracking which seems a little vague. I will be in contact to discuss.
