Excellent service
Excellent service. We use them for annual maintenance work on our Easigrass and they just completed a patch repair. The team made an excellent suggestion for the repair and we are very pleased with the outcome. Staff very friendly and polite. Dealing with this company to date has been a real positive experience.

Great experience with Easigrass Edinburgh
Great experience with Easigrass Edinburgh, would highly recommend and would definitely seek their services again in future if I need it.
Communication was great, was able to ask questions and get responses quickly, sort out appointments for site survey and to get the work booked. They explained the worked that needed to be carrier out clearly, were able to do a couple extra things we needed and captured all the details in the quote.
And the guys who came and installed the lawn were great also, talked through what needed to be done again so everything was clear before starting, I had forgotten to mention something but despite my delay in remembering they well able to get it sorted. And they did a fantastic job installing the lawn, we are very happy with it.
Professional, hard working, clear and transparent about what was involved, I would highly recommend the Easigrass Edinburgh.

This was a quick and painless experience. The team were helpful and professional. I would have given 5 stars but due to the rain they couldn't complete the installation and will have to come back to top dress the lawn.

I wrote a review a few weeks back saying how pleased I was with the grass. Since then I have had issues with the grass with how it’s been payed as it’s started to pucker at the edge. I have telephoned about this several times and nothing has still been resolved. Easigrass was quick enough to take my money but are slow in sorting out the problems. My experience was split in all honesty…
My experience was split in all honesty the guys that carried out the work were nothing short of amazing the work carried out with no issues. Also I had a visit from a chap that came to make sure the measurements were correct very helpful chap. I was going to give this 3 stars due to the communication from the heads office however the overall effort made by the others brought this score up and it would be fair to mark the others down.

Just WOW
We are over the moon with Easigrass. From the initial consultation to the end product. The grass has transformed our garden and it looks like a holiday garden. The quality is amazing and their speed of work was incredible. The team started at 10am and had two days provisioned however they completed the job by 5pm on the same day. Would highly recommend.

Communications from head office were good in the run up. The on site team lost a day due to weather but made sure the job was completed in one day. Very happy with the end result.

100% recommend easigrass Birmingham
Another fabulous job by Easigrass Birmingham. Had part of the garden done a couple of weeks ago and immediately wished we’d had the rest done so today with the same fantastic service from Sanj and the installation team the rest of the garden is now done and a new play area for my grandson has been created…. just need to build the playhouse and slide.
