Fantastic product, team and looks fab
We had our lawn laid in August 2023, by Easigrass Cambridge, led by Nick and his team were great. We have had this laid before and the professional standard of the work carry out was exceptional.
Our garden looks amazing and with two naught Terriers its the best option for us.
I am going to also extend a bit more into the garden and would not hesitate to request for Easigrass to come back and quote for the work.
In terms of value, we chose a high grade grass, Mayfair and when compared to other quotes, it was comparable and I believe the work carried out before they even lay the grass, was fantastic, I am confident that nothing will get through the foundations.
Easigrass is also a very good option if you have a very wet garden.

GOOD WORKERS
I was really impressed with the professional workers. They worked like trojans even when it was raining. It took 2 days to complete the installation and all the rubbish was cleared on the 2nd day. They cleaned up and left everything perfect. I would recommend this company without any doubt.

Great Service - Great Product - Great People
From start to finish, the team have been great.
Called out to see the lawn, recommendations to remove stepping stones which was good as I was 50/50 myself.
Weather held us up but when got going was in and out in 1 day. Got Belgravia grass and it means we can use our lawn 12months a year.
No hesitations in recommending them and would use again. Thanks Ed and team. Adrian - Dublin

Easigrass Dublin did a great job
Easigrass Dublin did my back lawn with premium artificial grass covering about 100m2. The finish is perfect, the seems are invisible. John and his team were on time, they were done in a day and a bit and tidied up after themselves. Can't really ask for better service.

New garden brilliant
This is a great product completely change my garden now my kids and dog all can play outside all year round and no mess coming back into the house I went for the Mayfair grass so realistic and soft the service I got from start to Finnish was excellent edd and John where so helpful noting was a problem very clean and tidy jobs thanks you lads and easigrass dublin

Easigrass are the best out there!
From the initial quote to the finished product, we were so happy. The service was fantastic and the guys that fitted it were so friendly, efficient and tidy. We contacted other companies online but none of them gave me the confidence of good service and product that Easigrass did. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Incredible transformaton
From getting the leaflet through the door, talking to Ben and the installation everything went very smoothly. The installation team were exceptional. They worked tirelessly, cleaned up after themselves and the end result was beyond my expectations. It has transformed my garden and I have no hesitation in recommending Easigrass.

Easigrass ~ hassle free lawn.
"Transformed my outdoor space with the Chelsea grass 🌿 Despite a few initial hiccups post-installation, their customer service team was quick to resolve any issues, and now my lawn looks absolutely lush! 😍 i do recommend their artificial grass for a gorgeous garden upgrade. I would suggest you deal with the head office rather than the North West London team manager because they are more cohesive in responding and sorting things out if you have issues. I will be using them for my annual maintenance.

Fabulous Product & Service
So happy with my easigrass installation, it was such an easy process from start to finish with all my questions answered straight away over a whatsapp. Really friendly staff on the day, who worked away even in the snow and the outcome was just amazing, just like the perfect installations you see on their Instagram - it's perfect!

Messed us around for over a year
Messed us around for over a year. Horrible company to work with, our decking looks awful and is completely loose with holes and screws exposed.
Lied to us over email for over a year saying it'll be fixed, nothing ever happens. Do not recommend working with Sam Craig or Dan Zielinski who messed us around at all.
First said they ordered the parts July 2022, since then they've said it every few months "the parts are due soon" or "we're ordering the parts" in the email trails we have, now November 2023 and nothing has been done.
They also run All Play Solutions however the work was done under the Easigrass brand as we contacted them there.
I don't expect any help, as you can see all of the replies by "Elli" don't rectify any of the problems caused and are generic responses.
Edit: They tried to report me for reviewing the wrong domain. I attached an invoice from easigrass it's obviously the correct place so I'm not sure why they're trying remove my review.

Poor installation
Firstly this review is about the installation company (easigrass chatteris) that laid the grass not the product.
The product itself was fine. The quality of the installation was very poor. I could have laid it better myself but wanted a professional job. The job was rushed, uneven and poorly trimmed.

Our whole experience with these guys was great. From the point of sale straight through to delivery team the whole process was smooth and took very little time. Really can't fault it, will recommend and were delighted with the results.
