Very disappointed with the quality of this product. I paid around $235 for the EAST OAK screen house and, for that price, expected it to last more than one summer of limited seasonal use.

The fabric developed multiple tears after very little use. I contacted EAST OAK just 7 days after the one year warranty expired. I was unaware that I needed to register the canopy within 90 days to receive the extended three year warranty. I was told the standard one year warranty was automatic, but the additional coverage required registration.

EAST OAK acknowledged the multiple tears but would not replace the product because the one year warranty had expired. They offered $30 toward repair patches instead.

Then today, a storm came through and completely tore the screen house apart.

For a $235 product, this is simply not the quality I expected. A screen house is meant to be used outdoors, and ours was only used seasonally and taken down when not in use. Having it fail this badly after such limited use makes me question the durability of the product altogether.

If you’re considering spending this much money on an EAST OAK screen house, I would seriously reconsider. It is far too expensive for the quality we experienced.

These guys are great. I reached out to them and they responded the very next day with a quick solution to my issue. Love my smoker works perfectly, had it for three years.definatly recommend them.

I had an outdoor heater go bad with a faulty ignition switch and customer service walked me through trouble shooting techniques and when none worked they sent me a new one. very satisfied with the experience!

Customer service was great and keep in touch until my replacement smoker was delivered in a timely fashion.

I purchased a torch heater 2 years ago and registered it for the 3 year warranty. Although l was impressed with the quality, one of the welds failed and the post separated from the base. Customer service was amazing and I received a replacement (upgraded even) in about 4 days. I can honestly say this has been one of the most stress free customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time long time and they’ve gained a long time customer.

Ordered the stand, received it several days early, that is commitment to customer satisfaction.

I purchased an East Oak patio heater awhile back thru Amazon. The control panel had a problem a couple months into using it. I contacted East Oak's customer service about the issue and was shocked at how responsive and easy to deal with that they were! They quickly shipped me out a new control panel at no cost. Now the pyramid heater is back up and working like it is brand new. Very refreshing to have a customer service experience go so smoothly without any issues and the product is working amazingly well.

Professional courteous, customer service handled my claim to my fullest expectations. Replacement parts from warranty came quickly, and resolved issue on first attempt. I also was very amazed at follow up after the claim, making certain of my satisfaction. Would definitely buy Eastoak products again.

I had purchased a BRAZO 44-inch fire table through Amazon and it appears that in shipping the package was damaged so badly that the tempered glass table had shattered. It was a mess to clean up and I was very disappointed. But when I contacted East Oak customer service, a replacement was sent within the same day. I was relieved and amazed at the followup by customer service representatives. The replacement fire table arrived in good shape and works wonderfully. I don't know that I've experienced better customer service from any company over the years. I am thankful and appreciative of the team at East Oak.

I contacted East Oak because a piece of the ash collector in my 29” fire pit had broken. I was looking to buy a replacement and they were gracious enough to send me a free replacement. I was genuinely surprised to receive such service. I can not thank them enough for standing behind their product.

I had an issue with one of their Patio Heaters that I really enjoy, reached out to their customer service via the website and was quickly assisted. The communication was quick, clear, incredibly helpful and my issue was ultimately completely resolved. I haven't had a customer service experience this positive in quite a while.

I have purchased a 29" Firepit, Smoker and Table Top Firepit from Eastoak. All of the items I purchased are top notch in terms of quality. Additionally, their Customer Service is outstanding! After a year I had an issue with the removable ash tray in the 29" Firepit and they replaced it immediately.

On initial start-up control panel failed. Power to unit good. Warranty does not cover shipping on returns. Unit looks good but not fit for purpose.

East Oak promptly shipped another unit with no hesitation nor hassle. The replacement works great hence the upgraded rating.

Great smoker, replaced our Masterbuilt. East Oak is a much better product. Better built and easier to use. Water tray, drip tray, and wood chip replenishment much better.

Shipped on time, needed accessories after the fact and can only receive packages via ground,,, no problem.

I have riverbend ranch steaks and roasts plus two beautiful racks of lamb that r going on this baby.

Smoked chicken 1/4's and a thick elk burger so far, this thing rocks.

Customer service is too nice. They respond :-). They actually answer the phone, they care.

Nobody cares how much ya know till they know how much you care.

We ordered a brush off of Amazon and the wooden part of handle had broke when my husband was cleaning the grill, we contacted EastOak and they quickly responded with sending us a new one, which has been great! the Customer service is amazing and they went above and beyond by keeping us updated on when the new brush was shipped, and even a follow up email to make sure we received it! Definitely a great company to work with!

At no fault of Eastoak, my delivery address was re entered by the carrier to an old default address on my carrier profile. Luckily, I was able to retrieve my purchase. I informed Eastoak and they displayed major concerns and compassion about the incident. Also, something You rarely see anymore from company's, they sent me a free grill brush for my troubles.
I am very happy with the product line, the customer service, and I would definitely purchase here again.

I recently contacted East Oak because we lost our water pan and I wanted to get a replacement. They responded quickly and were very helpful. We love our smoker and use it so much, hopefully we don't have any other issues but if we do, it is nice to know that the customer service is actually here to support customers.

East Oak has exceptional customer service! After an initial dysfunction with the machine internals, their wonderful team shipped an entire motherboard to fix the problem, and ultimately a brand new unit at no cost to myself/my husband. Incredible and unexpected!
