We bought this The KnowYourBioAge Test from Easy-dna website for my husband’s birthday. The test came on time, we sent his saliva sample to be lab tested in November 2024. With the kit we received we were forced to take a questionnaire as well, as an important ‘part of the package’. In this questionnaire we were asked very in-depth questions about lifestyle and healthy/unhealthy habits, they also had a question about client’s chronological age, which we thought was very strange and rather telling that they asked this, considering that the service we were offered was based on ‘analysing methylation markers around one’s DNA …from a small saliva sample.’ With this in mind we put a completely random age (decades different from the real one) as we had a suspicion by then that all their ‘investigation’ is based on our answers rather than our DNA sample!! The questionnaire closely resembled a Bio age questionnaire you could find online to do for FREE!

We received our results in December (as we didn’t have any reminder or notification that they were ready) when we prompted the service provider. And to our ‘surprise’ all we got from promised ‘high accuracy thanks to its high-tech sequencing methodology’ was a web page with my husband’s name and age number, which was way away from the real age as it was based on the ‘chronological age’ we specified in the questionnaire rather than based on the DNA sample we sent!

Therefore we can state from our unfortunate experience that the description of the service we were offered was not only misleading it was simply a lie. We didn’t need to pay for a free app-type questionnaire a whooping amount of £99!!!!
I have contacted the seller, explained the situation, but far from being apologetic they tried to insist on that they have provided the whole spectrum of services they sold to us i.e. (text from their email):
‘Specific genetic markers related to cellular aging, DNA methylation patterns, and oxidative stress are examined. These markers offer insights into how your body is aging at a molecular level, independent of your chronological age.

Scientific Analysis The laboratory analysis identifies genetic variations and epigenetic changes associated with the aging process. These results are not influenced by external data provided by the client, as they derive solely from the DNA sample.
Report Preparation Based on the findings, a detailed report is generated, which includes a biological age score and personalized recommendations to improve or maintain overall health and well-being.’
The detailed report consisted of another webpage stating the following:
‘Your TruMe age is 2 years and 9 months lower than your chronological age.’
Which as you can guess is far from the real chronological age. It is crystal clear that their biological age result, was not based on DNA but rather a simple formula from Chronological age taking live style into account.
As I have mentioned such comparison is freely available online. It is hardly worth £99.00!!!
Please be aware of this Biological age test from Trumelabs sold by Easy-dna It is just another SCAM!!!

Do not use this scam company. I ordered a legal dna test on 18 November 2024 and they took the sample soon enough but nothing after that. After 2 weeks and me chasing them up, they said they had not received the sample back, then the sample was sent to the wrong address, then it was sent to the right address etc etc. Call the samplers and they say it was sent to the lab but Easydna has not paid the lab so the testing was not done - now 7 weeks - not 5-7 days as advertised and so over the Home Office deadline. Demanded money back on the 20th December 2024 but the company is saying they do not refund after testing has started. They are in breach of their advertised 5-7 working days time and refuse to refund as it is their policy not to refund after they take your money and tell you testing has started. Presumably they can take 5 years to do the test and still not have to refund for services not provided. This is a scam company like others have suggested. They have told me so many lies, how can anyone believe any of their tests? Don't waste your money, pay a little extra and get it done by a reputable company.

Génial ! Si seulement j avais su plus tôt que ce genre d examen existait ! Après de nombreuses visites chez plusieurs vétérinaires et des prises de sang coûteuses, je désespérais de trouver une solution pour soulager mon chien de ses démangeaisons. J'ai enfin les réponses à mes questions, ses intolérances alimentaires sont en fait nombreuses et je vais enfin pouvoir éviter ce qui la rend malade. Un grand merci à vous !!!

I was helping raise an 18 month old. From pregnancy. And was told that my partner cheated, didn’t believe it. Ran the test and I’m not the father. Some woman, are a disgrace.

Test came day after ordering, done the test, received on Tuesday, confirmed receipt Wednesday and the following Monday I got the results. Can’t fault the process. It did take the full 5 working days for the result.

No complaints. They delivered swiftly and professionally.

Easy to navigate website, plenty of choice for whatever you are needing a DNA test for. Good competitive pricing, excellant customer service. The test kit is very easy to use with direct instructions. The results arrived within a week after they have received the testing kit.
Overall a wonderful experience, i will definatley use this company again.

EasyDna was so easy to use. The process was quick and the results were emailed in a comprehensive, easy to understand way. I couldn’t rwfcommend this company enough.

I did 3 dog intolerant tests in the past and was super happy. Last year in december I ordered 2 more. I waited and waited, but the tests never came in. I contacted easy dna and ask when I would get my dna tests in. They told me they never got any orders in from me. I showed them proof that I payed for 2 tests. And they told me it looks like I payed for it. But they never got any orders in. I now mis a lot of money and I never got my tests.. because this happens I do not think I ever order with them again. I feel like they scammed me. And they just do not care.

Very quick and reliable

I have ordered 2 biological age testing kits. I received an email when I ordered saying to click on a link to register my tests. I tried to do this but I received an error. I tried to use the code in the email and the code on my test but neither worked. The test kit had a completely different set of instructions- you have to spend time registering for their website online. Both my husband and I did this. The test purchased doesn’t appear on here and if you try and click on biological age, it says ‘order now’. I’ve searched for the test using both codes I was given, again I received an error. After both of us wasting half an hour each trying to register, I tried the support link from the original email. The support person just kept telling me to put my code in…I asked them to be specific about which code and explained I tried everything but still getting an error. They clearly had no knowledge of what the end user receives so you are not getting any support. My dashboard shows other tests and Covid tests but not the test I ordered. It is impossible to register the test. I am very tech savvy and this is stupidly over complicated and impossible. I tried to email the support team with the details. They admitted the email was incorrect and to try again using the instructions on the test with my code….even though I had already done this. I spent another 30 mins trying a few days later (they told me I could only get a partial refund for each test as per their t&c’s).
I genuinely have tried my best to use this test and register. I’ve wasted so much time now and I am going to be £50 out of pocket if I ask for a refund. This is what I would define as a SCAM. I would appreciate someone who has knowledge of how to simply register this test to provide support. I’ve emailed again and waiting for a response but I don’t feel confirdent in getting any further.

Great experience from start to finish; I've already recommended EasyDNA to friends and family who also struggle with food intolerances. I did the Vegan/Vegetarian Food Test to pinpoint problem foods. I've eliminated the foods that were indicated to be high and medium risk and can already notice an improvement. The process was simple and I received my results in a reasonable time.

They really answered my questions regarding the whereabouts of the test kits after i had sent them back, got my results in 2 days after confirmation of the kits in the lab. I recommend them 100% results were password protected
