Buenas tardes en general mi experiencia con easydna fue buena en todo ,atencion al cliente con respuestas rapidas a mis dudas el envio del kit lo hicieron al otro dia de solicitarlo y los resultados se entregaron muy rapido mas de lo que esperaba. Solo quisiera saber si los resultados que emiten son concluyentes ya que la prueba que solicite fue de paternidad y quiero tener la tranquilidad de que los resultados que tengo son correctos. I found EasyDNA by doing an Internet search and since the price was acceptable and the reviews were good, I decided to buy the allergy test. My nine year old mixed breed was increasingly scratching and licking her paws, which the vet had told me was often a sign of a protein allergy. The kit arrived quickly, the directions were easy, and I had my results quickly. Sure enough, while there were no known allergies, it turned out that she had a "mild intolerance" to most proteins, including chicken which had been a main ingredient in her diet. We immediately changed to beef (just about the only protein NOT on the list) and there's been some improvement. Recently she got anemia, and she stopped eating. While trying to find something that appealed to her, I tried to consult my list of "mild intolerances" but I couldn't find it. When I clicked on the original link in the email containing the results, the link no longer worked. I sent an email to the help desk and got a response and a new link within a day!

EasyDNA was a great decision. Obtaining the sample was super simple and harmless to our pup. We were provided an in-depth review of her allergies and intolerances. Almost a year later, I lost our report and reached out to customer service who re-sent the full report to me in just a few days. I can’t say enough about the process and the customer service.

Extremely pleased! Excellent communication from start to providing test results. I was sure my dog was allergic to chicken, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find out she is not. I wanted to determine which specific allergies she has, in particular food allergies, so I can eliminate those from her diet and adjust what she is currently being fed rather than a trial and error diet. I highly recommend EasyDNA, you will not be disappointed!

I have a mixed Bulldog breed and did a breed DNA test hoping to find out what Bulldog and other breeds are in my dogs family tree. I know there is English and Olde English bulldog and an Olde English in him but my dog turned out to be 100% Bulldog....

What a waste of money.

An Olde English bulldog has the following breeds, American Bulldog, English BullMastiff, American Pitbull and English Bulldog. Bullmastiff and Staffordshire terriër is on your list, both should be found in the DNA. There is also French Bulldog and Bulldog, how do you differentiate between the two? I had totally different expectations of a DNA test, you should update your Bulldog as there are many types, an American Bulldog is nothing like an English Bulldog for instance.

I purchased an allergy test for my dog, and when I was trying to get a sample of his saliva using the provided swab unfortunately he bit down and swallowed it. I had to pay £20 for an replacement kit as they were unable to send just a replacement swab. Because many are dealing with animals and needing to swab for 90 seconds inside their mouth that this must happen a lot. I believe it is disingenuous to charge £20 for a replacement kit, at the very least they should have the capability to send out a second swab or provide two in the kit as they stress the importance of getting a good sample of the saliva. With many similar companies out there, I would not recommend EasyDNA UK.

We used EasyDNA for an allergy test for our pup who has chronic allergies. Not knowing what was making her uncomfortable and itchy, we would speculate and just try different foods. A colleague suggested using an allergy kit and after searching the net, I came across EasyDNA.

We liked that the process was efficient and easy, and within a few weeks, we received the results in a simplified manner which we are now using as a guide for our pup's meals; it was great having concrete answers vs just guessing all the time. We also received regular updates about the status of the test, so we weren't in the dark about what was going on during the process. Would highly recommend.
