Appalling service: Said Microbiome results would be delivered within 20 working days, but they arrived 2 months later. Analysis is outsourced to an Estonian company (Genorama LLC) and insight is basic/limited.
Continued pathetic denial of any service problems from the company, so I've raised a dispute with my bank.

Had a test done 😂 I obviously knew he was my son's dad but he had doubt because a photo he had showing dad with dark hair son with blonde hair and people said no he can't be yours 🙄 any way me n son here dad in Ireland made him pay off course the test turned up at out houses on the same day etc n send bk the same day.results were fast and off course results were 99.99999999% his father good company straight forward and fast response with results

Hi lads i was so worry about my last child, so i decided to make the partenity test and shoose EasyDNA, so i got my result in time due, also all staff are so kind and helpful. I encourage you guys to use EasyDNA to wipe away your confusions sbout your children and have peace of mind.

Appalling service and the rudest representative I have ever encountered. I tried to order an inherited disease DNA pack for dogs unsuccessfully online.

I requested 2 call backs which never happened.

I rang the number myself instead and it was answered professionally by a courteous lady who told me that the tests were comprehensive and per dog, not per individual disease test. She was very helpful and offered to send me a link to order the generic test as the site was not working.

As the link didn't arrive in my inbox until later, I suspected it would not arrive therefore I rang again and the call was answered by a man with an abrupt, 'Hello?', I said 'hello' back imagining I had rang a residential number by accident and he repeated his abrupt, 'Hello?'

I had to just continue hoping that it was indeed the easyDNA company representative (as he failed to identify himself as such) and I explained I was trying to order a test for my dog and was unable to do so online and had not been sent a link as promised by his colleague.

This man told me that his colleague was in training and told me wrong information. He said that an initial test is £49 and further tests are £20.

I said I was confused as online it said further tests were £25 to which he replied he 'cannot be expected to remember the prices'.

I told him I wished to purchase the tests relevant to a cockapoo and he told me to speak to my vet.

I already know the tests I wish to purchase due to the kennel club recommendations so I have no need to see a vet.

He told me to get a DNA test elsewhere then. I asked him why he was being so rude and he said he wanted 'to end the day on a high' and that I was preventing him to do so and then hung up?!

I can only imagine that he acted in such a way as he was working remotely due to Covid so felt he could take such a nasty approach to a total stranger as he was not under the scrutiny of an office or of having recorded phone calls.

I am utterly appalled. I genuinely wanted to order the tests and was in no way rude or difficult to warrant being spoken to in such a manner.

Easy dna told me I was having a boy - when it came to my 16 week ultrasound, I was actually having a girl.
I was meticulous about sanitising the room and my hands etc. The sample was not contaminated.
Sham company.

The whole reason I used Easy DNA was that it was UK based and offered results 3 days after getting the samples. Although after receiving the samples you get a email to explain that this does not count as a testing day as they have to send them to the lab.
Which ultimately meant I got the results latter than I expected.
I just feel like I’ve paid extra for a 3rd party to do what I could have done direct to another company

Was told results would be here by 5th August, then on 3rd told delay by courier, today 5th told delay due to quarantine because of covid 19 and can't give ETA , didn't even mention on website the test were sent to USA for testing , been offered refund and excepted

I used this company because they offered a separate address service which was required for us being city’s apart, they kept us all informed all the way through every process from start to finish, I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone requiring dna testing

Everything was brillant about test, the minute i order it, it came so quick, and any questions I had about the test I rang and they answered them, was delighted they are so easy to deal with them we paid extra to have the dna emailed to us and that was quick I honestly think if anyone needs a dna test done this is the place 100%

Easy DNA was so easy to do easy kits good instructions great communications with the company.
Results came back very quickly. No problems at all.

We tested to check for identical twins. Clear information online and easy to order and pay. Testing kit and instructions were clear and easy and the results came back very quickly.

It is so good to know your dog's ancestry! We opted for the hard copies as we don't have a printer. You get a nice certificate and details of your dog's likely health problems and characteristics. Well worth the money, which we thought was very reasonable for such a service.

My experience was pretty good to be honest!

I ordered my home kit online and it arrived promptly in plain packaging.

Took my samples, sent them back and received back an easy to understand set of results.

I had one administrative question for support and they responded quickly.

I had two dna tests both results came back quickly. Was easy to do the test too and instructions were clear. Results are high quality and I now better understand myself.

Purchase my prenatal paternity test 4 months ago, still not completed mostly due to Easy DNA. The baby will be born soon and I will be missing the birth. Firstly there are offices all over the world but where I purchased my test from, had absolutely nothing to do with the actual kit delivery or testing. I had to call long distance to the USA and UK for help with my issues. It started with parts missing from the test kit. Had to wait for the fathers swabs an additional 2 weeks to be sent. Thankfully I was diligent in keeping on top of whats going on after this and in trying to ensure the kit was correct this time via email. Additionally EasyDNA staff I spoke to found some required documents were incorrect/missing with kit before I mailed it. I had to scratch off/ rewrite case numbers and print out new documents that were not included in the kit. Lastly the actual DNA test was put on hold 5 days or so for payment issues for the blood draw. Of which I was not notified, I had to call and email to ensure everything was being processed which it wasn't. Now they are stating I could have went to any facility to have the blood drawn of my choosing, so why did they delay my test further? Seems quite obvious that the facility they recommended would not have drawn the blood if we did not pay, yet the samples were taken. Anyway the test all was paid for on my side in person initially, which I provided receipts to easy DNA. In the end to not further delay and fight with EasyDNA, I had to request a refund from the facility and pay Easy DNA online double the price of what the clinic charges.
Most but not all of the people are rude that email you, and every time you email, a different person responds. So you have to re-write your entire dilemma every time. Even now the have replied to this review with incorrect information and playing the blame game. This is how they treat customers in emails as well. I was and still am beyond frustrated. The test is supposed to help people not cause more stress. Avoid the headache, I do not recommend. Go directly to a DNA facility as Easy DNA is just a middle man of sorts and not a good one.

We did the dna-test for our twins with easydna. Great service, everything was well explained and easy to handle. We got the result very quickly.
