Bought a hair dryer, looked abit different to the photos, worked well but slightly dissapointing

Not a fair auction site. I've encountered numerous problems with Ebay and their refund policy and with their listing allowances.
Some time ago, I listed a product which Ebay declared illegal, however, other Ebay sellers were allowed to sell the same product. When I called Ebay to inquire I was told that the other sellers were physicians which they were not.
Another incident, involved my purchase of a beaded necklace which was hand knotted. When it arrived, there were some beads missing which meant that it would have to be re-strung and hand-knotted. Cost: $50.00 which is the going rate. When I attempted to negotiate with the seller to send me a partial refund, Ebay stated that I was attempting to extort money from the seller and closed my account. As a result, as a successful seller, I lost business. It wasn't a million dollar business, however, the revenue I earned fed my family.
Most recently, a buyer made a false claim about an item I sold to her stating that it was not as described, however, this was a false statement so I refused to refund the buyer. Ebay stepped in and told the buyer to return the item and then promptly issued the buyer a refund, then charged my credit card for the amount of the refund. When I received the returned item it was dented and some of the contents was missing. I reported this to Ebay and was willing to provide photos. Ebay refused to accept the evidence.When I filed an appeal of Ebay's unfair decision and requested a refund of my money, Ebay stated that the case was closed and refused to refund my money. I had to actually contact my credit card company which resulted in Ebay getting a chargeback. As a result, I was able to obtain my money back. Although this is good news, I was very stressed as a result of having to make numerous phone calls to Ebay who just passed me on to the next rep over and over again.
