Sent the wrong bedding set

Ordered the spiderman duvet set, the material is very soft and the colours vibarnt - not sure how they will fare after washing, good value - my only negative point would be that the Zip opening which is great but a little small to wrestle the duvet in - but would order again

I bought this for my son, he was over the moon to see his favourite teams bedding, he loves the colour and finds the texture very pleasing. Fast delivery and no issues.

Misleading sizing, poor product and disgraceful customer service.

Quality of the item not as expected., I image appeared very “stretched” to fit the duvet cover shape and consequently parts were blurred. Looked lovely in the online picture but very different in real life.
Quick to respond to messages.

Product didnt match item received curtains were nothing like size ordered,both curtains in a pair should be size ordered, product arrived and both curtains pulled tight still didn't fit window even though correct size ordered 66 x 72 each curtain should be this size, but each curtain received was 32x 100, not big enough and definitely no gather. awful product and company expected us to pay to return, before
giving a refund, never buy from this company
