I really love it bedding cover.

Awful product, i ordered Baltimore Ravens duvet cover and it is awful, the print has not been done correctly and is pixelated and smudged and impossible to see the correct picture on the bedding, I have never seen such an awful product and is not usable, do not waste your money

Bedding arrived in good time, son likes it and it feels soft.

love my throwover keeps me warm dureing the day and its very soft and looks good came very quick

I ordered some double bedsheets for my daughter’s bed which is a Decendents theme…. Took a little longer to arrive than expected and didn’t know it was coming from China. However, superb quality and can’t fault the item 1 bit: Would 100% order again!

Bought a duvet cover for my grandson and they sent the wrong one. I could not remember my Password so I clicked on the link to get an email for a password reset.
Several attempts later, over a two week period, I have never received that email.

Contacted customer services and gave them the story. They clearly do not understand English as they have told me "I have received the parcel" and later on that "I purchased bedding".

Not only have I wasted my money - I cannot get it back and my grandson has not got his present.
It is, without doubt, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

The material of the duvet set online states poly cotton blend! When in actual fact it was pure polyester and the most awful cheap feel! The duvet also came in just a normal zippy bag! No protective cover so anyone could have used the duvet before I received it. When I went back to customer service to say I was unhappy with the item, my reasons and that I wanted a refund they said if I wanted a refund I’d have to send the item back to china at my own expense and then a refund MAY BE GIVEN!!! non of this was stated in the terms and conditions!!!! Disgusting! So now I have a 38 pound duvet that I can’t return and no refund!

Absolutely disgraceful service! Waited nearly 4 weeks for delivery when stated 5-10 days on website. Curtain quality is very poor and make sure you read the part where the curtain sizes is for the pair not each curtain like you would expect. Overpriced cheap curtains!!!!!!! The customer service is shocking too when enquiring about delivery you are told to wait, be patient!!

I ordered incorrectly on some curtain, but reordered the correct set of curtains plus a matching duvet, I was unsure how to return plus how to reorder the new sets, I have sent quite a few emails which have been responded to very efficiently on each occasion, I now have received the correct items and have been happy with your company
