Excellent service. Quality of bedding was great and as described on website. Tracking was good, kept informed of progress.

Do not buy of these. I got my order it has come damaged and they now expect me to just order another pair and pay again as they said it will cost me to much to send it back to them so just order another pair £50 don't think so. This is not on and they should not be allowed to send faulty products and not replacing them

After ordering the wrong size curtains I contacted the company who were more than helpful and gave me the best possible option to amend this mistake. Thank you for such great customer service

The duvet covers are excellent. The customer service not so much.

After mistakenly ordering the wrong size I emailed the company for a return. To be given details of return to China and ending with “ but we would prefer you not to”

Never received the item or Heard back from customer support will be putting in a claim to get my money back.

Lovely bedding really pleased

I ordered bedding for my 3 year old after 3 weeks it arrived and was the wrong bedding. I had orded dinosaurs but got pikachu. it was very hard to get hold of the company but after some searching and couple of emails back and forth new bedding was shipped and this time was the correct bedding. it is hard to find king-size bedding with dinosaurs or so I'm happy with the outcome

Looks like curtains have been kicked around warehouse. All dirty stains, also looks like ink has run through them or something blue stains all over them nothing like the picture.
Disappointing as I have had to wait atleast 2/3 weeks for them.
Not sure how to upload picture other wise you can see for yourself!

The transformers sheets arrived on time . My son loves it. It is so nice and soft . Great quality than I thought will. The colour is very original

The bedding was beautiful and fantastic quality was bought for a young lady I look after with disabilities and learning difficulties her face lit up and made her day as she loves bedding and this was a bedding set she has wanted for ages amazing barging can't go wrong no faults

Really pleased with double paw patrol bedding (which is hard to get), Material quality good and design just as pictures. I'm sure when my young grandson comes to stay he will love it.
